1. To take orders and make freight and document pick-up arrangements.
2. To distribute relevant pick up and document instructions to Trucking, Custom Brokerage and Messenger team.
3. To review, check and verify air export documents as provided by shippers.
4. To strictly follow export-handling procedures as established by the management.
5. To do daily operations of customer services, including order receiving, order follow-ups, report preparation and customer retention activities.
6. To do shipment tracking and advise local or oversea customers and offices on any discrepancies.
7. To communicate with overseas offices, local vendors and customers on shipment inquires and to handle customers' complaints.
8. To handle & achieve company's quality system such as IO, OPS, Training hours, EXCEL
9. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.
+ University graduate, preferably with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.
+ Be able to work under pressure and in time frame.
+ Good communication in English.
+ Chinese speaking is preferrable.
+ Well-versed in MS Office.

**1. Sales Coordinator (Freight Forwarding)** facilitates the administrative support for the sales and management process of existing and new business development. She/he has the authority to negotiate rates and conditions with service suppliers and agents on line with the demand for required services.
- To prepare quotations to direct customers and agents to offer services of company
- To negotiate rates and conditions of suppliers in co-ordination with Sales Manager.
- To maintain statistics of offers and performance of customers and vendors/suppliers.
- To communicate with our agents and/or other departments of CJ Logistics, so that all people involved know all agreements with customers and suppliers.
- To deal with our CJ network in overseas and HQ on daily basis for costs, pricing, local requirements and to obtain customer or market feedback.
- To directly get in touch with customers to discuss offers, projects and business development possibilities.
- Be open and willing to attend customer visits either with or without the sales supervisor to maintain the customer relationship.

- Ensure compliance of all submissions to business rules Review and prepare business proposals and identify and mitigate risks in the proposals (both operationally and commercially).-
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the solutions design process through participating in process review meeting and pro-actively offering suggestions on operation process or operating tools.- คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor degree or above major in logistics, business management or any field related.
- More than 5 years of work experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, international logistics, cross border industry is preferred. Years of overseas experience is preferred.
- Understand well for customs clearance process and all concerned points.
**2. Sales Coordinator (Warehouse & Distribution)**
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Mechanical Engineering; or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination with related work experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in (preferably) logistics and supply chain, related consulting, where a detailed knowledge of warehousing and transportation has been obtained.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Business Development function
- Project management, warehousing, transportation, supply chain design
- Sales skills with an ability in presentation by English language.
- Basic commercials understanding of Contract Logistics (3PL).
