About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to spearhead our new data analytics practice in Thailand. This is a pivotal leadership role that will shape the strategic direction of our analytics capabilities while building and managing a high-performing team of data professionals. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, scientists, and business professionals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities that drive business value
- Establish analytics governance, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Drive the adoption of data-driven culture and decision-making processes
Technical & Analytical Excellence
- Oversee complex data analysis projects from conception to implementation
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all analytics initiatives
- Lead initiatives including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning applications
- Design and implement comprehensive reporting and dashboard solutions
Operations & Infrastructure
- Oversee analytics infrastructure, tools, and platforms to ensure optimal performance
- Manage analytics project portfolio, timelines, and resource allocation
- Establish data collection, processing, and analysis workflows
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security requirements
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS in Analytics, or similar)
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
- 3+ years of people management and team leadership experience
- Experience building or scaling analytics functions within organizations
- Experience in consulting or professional services environment is preferred
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and ETL processes
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture

- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills, present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
