The Lead Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating Substation Protection and Control System (PAC) Solutions & Services to customers and acceptance of GE offering. Provides the experience, expertise and knowledge of Standards/ GE offerings and Customers requirements to solve problems involving Substation Control schemes with options and negotiate internally/externally the suitability of all.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead regional technical strategy and execution for Substation Automation Systems (SAS), working closely with channel partners and internal cross-functional teams.
+ Design, analyze, and evaluate individual and team projects using sound engineering principles aligned with GE standards and customer requirements.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and cross-functional collaborators.
+ Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement action plans aimed at increasing market share, gaining customer approvals, and launching new solutions.
+ Drive development and adoption of SAS solutions within end-user organizations and across multiple countries.
+ Support tendering and application teams with accurate, technical input and risk assessments.
+ Represent GE in technical discussions, customer meetings, and industry forums-presenting new offerings and gathering product feedback.
+ Ensure rigorous documentation and compliance with engineering policies and procedures.
+ Serve as the technical liaison between Central Product Line teams, regional sales, channel partners, and customers.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience).
+ Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an engineering role, preferably with hands-on involvement in substation automation or protection systems.
+ Proven practical expertise in:
+ High Voltage (HV) or Medium Voltage (MV) Substation Automation Systems
+ Protection systems
+ Communication protocols including IEC 61850
+ Substation Digital Control Systems and RTUs
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse customer audiences.

Associate CSSC application engineer
Job Description
As an Associate Customer Sales and Support Center Application Engineer, you will apply subject matter knowledge with a limited degree of technical/business insight, work across functional areas and may work under some degree of supervision, and follow established procedures and guidelines to provide technical quotation, information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization's products and services before, during, and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organization's customer relationships.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Evaluates complex enquiries from customers and Grundfos external sales, providing the best possible offer or solutions within the required time frame, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial specifications.
+ Carry out system calculation and sizing of pump and prepare documents for project biddings such as P&ID drawing, datasheets, instrument details, and all relevant documents that effectively accomplish client objectives and user specifications.
+ Prepare and submit tender submissions from qualified enquiries and ensure contractual and/or technical requirements are fulfilled.
+ Coordinate with sub-contractors on pricing as per tender specifications and requirements with costing sheet and technical data
+ Support in reviewing high-level tenders by team members to ensure quality submission, taking into consideration, presentation, technical offering and commercial aspects.
+ Manage discounts, offers, special conditions including credit limits and pricing conditions
+ Communicate with all relevant stakeholders (business development, external sales, project engineer, contract analyst etc.) of the status of enquiries and orders.
+ Provides technical support as well as Pre-and-Post sales to Sales, Service and Customer service teams.
+ Any other reasonable duties as requested, commensurate with the position
**Your required skills and experience include:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Major in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical or relevant fields.
+ At least 2-3 years' experience as an application engineer or project engineer in industrial application.

Contribute to the budgetary requirement definition for assigned product area, develop functional specifications, and create project plans and software release schedules
- Ensure requirements/tasks from technology departments and/or end users are communicated to stakeholders
- Plan & Providing development architecture implementation and operational support.
- Architecture and planning for cloud-based deployments Private and public cloud.
- Exhibit in-depth understanding of development process, concepts and principles
- Assist with training activities and mentor junior team members. Plan to provide appropriate skill development plan for team member & users.

Qualifications:

- Strong demonstrable experience in system solutions design (coming from a development background)
- Experience with CI tools (Jenkins) Pipeline, Plugins and Shared Libraries.
- Hands on with Docker, Containers and Kubernetes.
- Development experience in one or more programming languages Java/J2EE, PHP, SQL, Node JS, Vue JS, Nuxt JS
- Experience with different test automation tools like Junit, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG etc in the CI/CD Pipeline.
- Experience with GIT SCM
- Experience with spring modules is a plus
- Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle including unit testing, code scanning
