**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. Job Purpose: The Global Supply Planning Analyst is the bridge between frontend business team and backend operations, he or she is responsible for analyzing and managing the end-to-end product supply chain to ensure the right capacity and inventory for timely and efficient delivery of goods to meet customer demands
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement supply planning strategies (MTO, MTS, ROP), to meet customer demands and company KPIs (Revenue, STR/STS, LT, Inv DOH, PDR, etc.)

Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field, CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
·8+ years of experience in supply chain planning and production planning.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Buying, or Supply Chain Procurement
- Background in Collaborative Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Commodities is highly preferred
- Strong supplier management and negotiation experience
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of supply chain operations, cost structures, and procurement processes

The Regional Commercial Manager, APAC is accountable for end-to-end commercial performance of Premix in Solution Unit, integrating regional commercial leadership with operating unit (OU) portfolio and profitability ownership. **Your Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provides and executes strategic direction to Global portfolio and product management ensuring quality supply at a competitive price
+ Drives and executes commercial operations improvements (Margin, Pricing, Rebates etc.)
+ Execute regional commercial strategy for Essential Products and Premix aligned with global industry and pricing strategy; deliver sales, margin and profitability KPIs.
+ Act as key contact and business owner for global and regional pricing and strategy setting for EP and Premix product with accountability for regional and/or OU-level performance.
+ Own regional rolling forecasts; act as key stakeholder in demand planning and ensure forecast accuracy.
+ Lead product allocation decisions during supply constraints to protect margin and strategic customer relationships.
+ Ensure pricing discipline including exception pricing approval and margin optimization in line with governance.
+ Act as regional commercial lead / key account manager for strategic customers; support and coach local sales teams.
+ Coordinate cross-market and cross-functional activities for key accounts, ensuring consistent execution.
+ Support portfolio growth initiatives including premix business, pricing decisions and SAP quotation processes.
+ Partner with Marketing & Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Global teams to drive performance.
+ Ensure full compliance with company commercial policies, systems and processes.
