Responsibilities :
+ Verify Raw Material Count: Confirm the quantity of raw materials withdrawn from the store department and sign the receipt once the count is verified against the lot invoice. Follow up on any discrepancies with the Supply Chain department.
+ Daily Machine Status Check: Review daily status reports from employees regarding machinery to ensure accuracy and identify any necessary issues that need resolution, ensuring that the machines can operate for production, outputting high-quality products.
+ Task Assignment and Staffing: Allocate personnel to various roles appropriately so that employees can perform their duties across different lines in a balanced manner, aligning with production requirements.
+ Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance department to plan machine repairs, such as the auto tube loader, whether due to quality issues or scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to meet production plans.
+ Daily Shift Summary: Summarize daily operations for the shift supervised, including addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that questions are answered, informing the department manager or colleagues during the daily Tier meeting.
+ Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with support departments as needed to request assistance when production faces machinery or quality-related issues.
+ Support Related Activities: Assist in activities related to continuous improvement and encourage employee understanding and cooperation, such as HOS (Honeywell Operating System), 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
+ Employee Development and Training: Develop and enhance employee skills, including training them on working methods according to Leader Standardized Work to ensure that tasks are performed correctly and safely.
+ Quality Assurance Coordination: Work alongside the QA and Tooling departments to halt production lines when quality does not meet established standards.

+ Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
+ Coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate stock.
+ Minimize waste and optimize inventory utilization.
**Collaboration:**
+ Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control, maintenance).
+ Provide input on process improvements, cost reduction initiatives and kaizen.
+ Other assignment from supervisor & manager.
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Experience in Production Line Leader from manufacturing environment is a must.
+ Experience in Electronic manufacturing 5 - 8 years is preferred.
+ Ability to work rotating shifts, with days off that may not fall on weekends

+ High vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in engineering.
+ Problem-solving skills.
+ Basic English communication skill - both verbal and written

We are currently seeking a **_Production Line Leader_** to join our **_Advanced Materials business unit_** team in our **_Chonburi site_** . Reporting to the **_Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) Leader_** , your focus will be **_responsible for monitoring and managing man, machines, methods and materials in TIM production line._**
In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Supervising Team Members:**
+ Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
+ Provide on-the-job training and development.
+ Monitor employee performance & PA discussion and address any issues.
+ Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
**Production Management:**
+ Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
+ Monitor machines, equipment &instrument performance and coordinate maintenance.
+ Escalate & highlight the issues in production line & provide the information & insight from shopfloor to team for problem-solving.
