**ABOUT THE JOB**
In a team of 55 based in our historical Rayong manufacturing, you will work on the most innovative products of Laundry category. You will actively contribute to product development working alongside expert engineers. Other functions you will interface with are: product management, laboratory, reliability and quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer care. For the highly performers, career progression is guaranteed in our international, fast-pace environment.
**ABOUT YOUR TASKS**:
- Produce the products
- to meet the target as follow standard and system, to serve customer's requirements and expectations and deliver the good qualities of product and on time
- Performs and follow the work instruction and procedure as follow the requirement of ISO9001 system and ISO14001 Environmental system.
- Perform and follow the requirement of ISO5001 Energy management system and ISO45001 Occupation & Health and Safety management system.
- Inform any kind of production problems in the production area and keep directly report to Line Leader or Production Supervisor or Production Manager
- Follow the company rules and production disciplines
- Strictly follow the safety rule during work in the production line
**ABOUT YOU**
- High school, Vocational, High Vocational in Industrial, Electrical, mechanical or related field
- 0-3 years experiences in manufacturing task
- Good command of reading, written and spoken Thai language
- For production Blue Collar who have worked in confine space area are needed to have the knowledge in confine space work
- For Production Blue Collars who have worked with natural gas are needed to have the knowledge and get the certificate the natural gas operator
- For Production Blue Collars who have worked with Electrical system, are needed to have the knowledge and get the certificate the Electrical safety
- For Production Blue Collars who are assigned to be Gas Operator and needed to register with government

**A DAY IN THE LIFE .**
+ Cascade and execute the production plans and objectives and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for best production efficiency.
+ Set up and execute trainings and update the shop floor operators on production principles, quality, safety and environmental, etc.
+ Prepare necessary information for standard audits: HACCP, ISO 9001, NGMP, FPL, etc.
+ Control the production cost by managing available production resources (material usage, manpower, machine utilization etc.) and in line with Nestle standards.
+ Ensure the production is properly executed to manufacture goods in line with the set standards.
+ Co-ordinate with others departments in production related activities such as trials and new product development.
+ Find out and execute proper solutions or corrective actions to prevent the re-occurrence of deviation, found in operations. Inform the superior in case of major or complicated problems.
+ Coordinate with related department on daily basis to ensure smooth production operations, such as RMP, filling &packing, QA etc.
+ Lead, guide, provide suggestions to the team and /or task force team for productivity, efficiency improvement and/or others special assignments.
+ Coach the team on production knowledge, technology and standard production practices.
+ Monitor work safety and hygienic conditions in the production lines/areas.
+ Determine and forecast the annual production budget, manpower and strategic plans.
+ Communicate information flows from the management to the shop floor and vice versa.
**ARE YOU A FIT?**
+ 5-10 years' experience in production or maintenance, food manufacturing business is preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of food processing unit and equipment.
+ Experience in managing & supervising a team.
+ Proficient level of communication in English
