- Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Co-ordinates legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.
- Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
- Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. The Senior Associate Marketing Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the coordination and management of all aspects of marketing.
This role participates in the development of marketing campaigns, targeted programs, internal and external communications, partner marketing, sales content and/or pipeline development activities.
**What you'll be doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assists with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
+ Works closely with the Marketing team to help with the development and execution of marketing activities in line with business objectives and revenue targets.
+ Helps with the maintenance of the marketing activity calendar and supporting information.
+ Helps the marketing activity owners to perform the readiness planning that ensures that all stakeholders understand the campaign mechanisms, timing, requirements and metrics.
+ Works closely with relevant stakeholders, to help with the tracking and measurement of the success of these demand generation programs.
+ Assists the execution of programs such as one-on-one campaigns, specific collateral, and other sales aids that generate new opportunities and/or close sales deals.
+ Helps with the delivery of content, tools and materials for internal and external communications.
+ Participates in and assists with the facilitation of sales enablement activities that create alignment between sales, marketing and key partners.
+ Collaborates with the Sales Enablement teams to ensure that sales enablement components feature prominently in all relevant communications.
+ Helps with the coordination of programs that contribute to partners committing investment for incremental marketing activities or resources in the appropriate areas.
+ Supports the development of marketing collateral that enable sales and generate interest, including contributing to bid and proposal content.
+ Performs any other related task as required.

+ Developing understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and tools to improve website and landing page conversions.
**Academic Qualifications and Certifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or related field.
**Required Experience:**
+ Moderate level of experience with a solid background in all aspects of marketing.
+ Moderate level of work experience as a Marketing Specialist.
+ Moderate level of experience with marketing service delivery software.
+ Moderate level of experience with a wide variety of computer software, hardware, and peripherals, including Microsoft365.

The Senior Associate Service Delivery Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for providing continuity in service and acts as an advocate for the client. This role supports the business by taking responsibility for overall contract management for small to medium client contracts and is also responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery and contract profitability for their assigned client contracts – can be specific client accounts or a group of accounts.
The Senior Associate Service Delivery Specialist may operate across multiple sites or Support Services offerings. This role is the primary interface managing the services relationship between the client and the organization. This role owns the service governance structure, schedule and run all service management review meetings, and ensure all processes and documentation are in place.
The Senior Associate Service Delivery Specialist role is a chargeable service in the Uptime Proactive Support Service (PSS) option and is responsible to perform client facing activities in service activation of Uptime Support Services, support and coordinate with GDC in service activation to ensure successful completion.
It is the responsibility of this role to identify trends and areas of improvement in service delivery and communicate this information to regional and global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Works as an Independent Contributor (IC) under the guidance of a manager and acts as the interface between the client and the organization.
- Performs client facing service activation activities and support GDC in service activation completion.
- Responsible for operations performance, including - Creating Service reports with accuracy and quality; Escalation management and Reporting; Meeting management with clients.
- Change Management - record changes to RoE, SoW, Asset Verification for Service First incidents.
- Track RMA returns, client follow up and delivery of assets.
- Completes vendor follow up for contract backout issues.
- Ensures Manage Centre activation.
- Provides assurance regarding the compliance of, and lifecycle management for, all contracted Services.
- Receives and manages change requests relating to the SOW and agreement, i.e. additional engagements/ projects, adding configuration items and IT services support to the Services (service coverage), moving configuration items and IT services to new or different locations etc.
- Interfaces with internal contract management teams to normalize and execute change orders
- Supports billing / invoicing inquiries and / or disputes.
- Monitors client satisfaction and identify service improvement plans to address client's satisfaction with the service.

Required experience:
- Moderate level of demonstrated years of experience in service delivery and/ or related function in a medium to large ICT organization, preferably IT service provider.
- Moderate level of experience delivering IT services, managing IT projects, and understanding the IT service lifecycle.
- Moderate level of experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
