Job Summary:
The Equipment Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production and utility equipment. This role ensures that all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety and quality standards. The engineer also plays a key role in preventive maintenance planning, equipment upgrades, and support for production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.

2. Equipment Installation & Setup

4. Documentation & Compliance

5. Spare Parts & Asset Management
- Define critical spare parts and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineer or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, Robot, Electro planting, Hydraulics, Pneumatic system of Electronics company or PCB or similar roles in a manufacturing.
- Familiar with PLC, automation systems, mechanical/electrical systems, and safety standards.
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or ERP systems is a plus.

You should have experience from a support department – preferably with experience within diagnosis and debugging. About the Role
The Technical Support Associate is responsible for the installation and post-sales support of restaurant technology.
