• Experience in DCS and IPS functional tests during FAT, DFT & WFT stages

• A good amount of experience within a contractor, operator, consultancy or other relevant organization

• Provide professional and technical support on electricity and/or Factory Automation system (FAS) in the Factory for operational activities and during participation in investment projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all Electrical and FAS activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.
• Able to lead electrician team with strong leadership and technical knowledge. To lift up the team competency level for be autonomous team to solving unplanned stoppage/breakdown machine which be mainly performance this position.
• Set up, supervise and control the routine maintenance to ensure that machineries are in safe working conditions via scheduled and break down maintenance systems, and in line with the NGMP and applicable regulations and instruments for calibration as QMS, legal and international standards.
• Assign and supervise day-to-day work for technicians for equipment repairing and maintenance for their execution according to the plant
• Ensure that the contractor installs and repairs new electrical, utilities, equipment and system correctly.
• Able handle Electrical and FAS compliance follow local regulation and Nestle standard.
• Preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.), the follow-up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation, and training of operators and maintenance crews.
• Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
• Ensures that all installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality standards and documentation is up to date and in place.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in automation system application preferably in food industry
• Experience in Electrical, Instrument, Automation and Process control maintenance and project management
• Possesses skills in PLC (Allen Bradley), HMI (Wonderware) and network infrastructure knowledge-based
• Able to communicate in English & Thai.

Job description:

1. Oversee and control automation systems and process control in the steel factory.
2. Inspect, analyze, and develop PLC, DCS, SCADA, and sensor systems to ensure stable operation.
3. Coordinate with the maintenance team and production department to improve production processes for greater efficiency.
4. Manage preventive maintenance to minimize production line downtime.
5. Train employees on the use and maintenance of automation control systems.
6. Handle procurement of equipment and spare parts related to automation and process control.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, majoring in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, or other related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in automation systems or process control.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a systematic approach.
4. Experience in using Python, SQL, C++, MATLAB, or other programming languages related to automation systems.
