Responsibilities:
- Handle import - export process and coordinate with concerns, customers in oversea , suppliers and logistics broker.
- Be a Business Development and Create good relationship with customers, suppliers and internal functions.
- Provide advice and information to customers and suppliers for new product, price, quality and services.
- Operate and follow up ordering process, delivery process, quality controlling, quality settlement.
- Cooperate with Warehouse and related party in each process of working.
- Check and make Inventory report, Delivery report and Quality report, including presentation of problem and countermeasure to be improvement performance.
- Operate under Superior's command and Company regulation, collaborated in Section, Department, Company Special activity
- Advise working process and share knowledge to subordinates for achievement on target.
- Make monthly summary sales and forecast analysis form suppliers as business assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Economics or any related fields.
- 1-2 years' experience in Import-Export Operations (New Grads are also welcome).
- Good command of English, require TOEIC score 550+ up.
- Good Attitude with communication skill.
- PC literature in Microsoft office.
- Able to drive with license.
