Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee customs clearance and import operations, including verification of relevant documents such as Invoice, Packing List, FTA, and import permits.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties such as the Customs Department, warehouses, business partners, service centers, and overseas suppliers (South Korea, Malaysia, China, Vietnam).
  • Monitor shipment status, distribution processes, and stock transfers (STO) to service centers, including preparation of supporting delivery documents.
  • Plan and control stock levels of products and spare parts, ensuring proper stock counting and storage on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Customer Service to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Support IT systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Perform other assigned tasks (e.g., regulatory label compliance, handling of Grade B products/filters, and product destruction processes).

Qualifications

  • Age 27 years and above
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Must hold a Customs Specialist License (Assistant Manager level)
  • Fluency in English or Chinese is preferred (Senior Level)
  • 4–10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management
  • Experience in end-to-end import–export operations or strong background in import processes
  • Proven ability to coordinate with suppliers, customs, warehouses, and customers
  • Experience in managing and reporting on large-scale inventory

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Operations & Warehouse Control

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the continuous rolling calculations and order releases for imported parts production, and the continuous tracking of parts shipment and delivery status.
  • Responsible for managing import supply chain risks, tracking supplier holidays, capacity status, and monitoring sudden risks to ensure timely fulfillment of production needs.
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory turnover and long-cycle inventory of imported parts.
  • Responsible for submitting and tracking the demand for supplementary imported parts.
  • Responsible for controlling the sunk cost of imported parts for discontinued models.
  • Responsible for the management and standardization of the KD (Knock-Down) warehouse.
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing plans for cyclic and static inventory counts in the KD warehouse and meeting various ad-hoc inventory count requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data across related inventory systems.
  • Responsible for KD unpacking, receiving, and inventory accounting management.
  • Responsible for the comprehensive tracking and management of the warehousing and shipment process for imported parts.
  • Responsible for arranging emergency transportation for imported parts.
  • Responsible for formulating import transportation plans, tracking transportation dynamics, and managing container pick-ups.
  • Responsible for advancing improvements in transportation plans and cycles, optimizing international logistics, and enhancing the cost and efficiency of imported parts warehousing.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in operating systems, responsible for system data setup and maintenance Calculate production, sample, and additional demand accurately.
  • Regularly release forecasted, confirmed, and urgent orders to suppliers. Establish plans for parts resource preparation, supporting parts ordering during production plan fluctuations.
  • Control sunk costs for domestic parts orders related to discontinued vehicle models.
  • Responsible for improving the delivery system capability of suppliers.
  • Responsible for continuous rolling of import material production calculations and order releases. Continuously track part shipments and delivery statuses.
  • Responsible for assessing and managing risks in the import supply chain. Monitor supplier holidays, capacity status, and unforeseen risks.
  • Address timely tracking of meeting production demand.
  • Monitor turnover and long-cycle inventory of imported parts.
  • Responsible for formulating manual delivery instructions, driving JOT delivery of parts, and handling production anomalies. Lead the handling of receiving failure reports, responsible for troubleshooting and improvement management of supplier deliveries.
  • Manage the daily operations of third-party logistics for inbound logistics. Responsible for improving domestic parts logistics and managing logistics costs post mass production.
  • Possess the ability to manage supplier stocking, in-transit transportation, and warehouse operations. Proficient in handling JOT deliveries and real-world experience in managing production anomalies. Leadership skills in handling receiving failure reports, fault resolution, and improvement management. Familiarity with the operational management of third-party logistics. Relevant experience in improving domestic parts logistics and cost management.
  • Standard and fluent English and Thai, understanding Chinese is preferred

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Management (SCM) Officer to join our team in the Electronics industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing inventory performance, managing customs procedures, supporting product approbation processes, and facilitating operational alignment with marketing and regional logistics teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant supply chain operations within a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory reports to track stock levels and align with company's target.
  • Monitoring and supporting internal on any inventory discrepancies, and movement trends.

  • Conduct analysis and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution of corrective actions.

  • Lead in inventory activities such as warehouse inventory day, staff purchase/clearance, etc.

2. Customs Handling Management

  • Manage end-to-end import customs handling processes for finished goods shipments.
  • Ensure proper classification using harmonized system (HS) codes and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PL and internal teams for smooth clearance and minimal delays.

3. Product Approbation Process, i.e. TISI, NBTC

  • Own and manage the product approbation and documentation process for newly imported or transferred electronic items.
  • Collaborate with related functions to ensure full product compliance and documentation readiness.

4. Operational Support to Marketing

  • Support the Marketing team by preparing and retrieving PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) reports.
  • Assist in the pricing approval process, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between departments.
  • Key person to coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for any

5. Regional Coordination

  • Coordinate with regional SCM and logistics teams for the annual 3PL, carriers performance evaluation
  • Provide operational performance feedback to support regional decisions and optimization strategies.

6. Purchase Order & COGS Procurement

  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for finished goods procurement from global suppliers.
  • Ensure alignment with demand forecasts and lead time constraints.
  • Monitor procurement costs to ensure accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) records and support finance with cost variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the finance and planning teams to ensure procurement aligns with budgeting and product margin targets.

7. Ad Hoc Assignments

  • Support various ad hoc projects or urgent requests as needed to ensure smooth SCM operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, preferably in the Electronics or High-Tech industry.
  • Solid experience in import customs clearance processes and working knowledge of customs regulations and harmonized codes.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
