We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Sales (Lead Generation) & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by sourcing quality leads, running targeted outreach campaigns, and supporting marketing initiatives that build pipeline.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, combining research, prospecting, and digital campaign execution to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients using various channels which includes but not limited to industry databases, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain segmented prospect lists tailored to target industries and decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads before passing them to the sales team.
  • Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, webinars, events).
  • Track and report campaign results, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Business to align campaigns with company positioning and branding.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing activities (email newsletters, content promotion, events, paid ads).
  • Monitor marketing-generated leads and nurture them through follow-up campaigns.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and performance in the CRM system
  • Report on KPIs such as number of leads, meetings booked, and campaign ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business, Economic or related field with Thai citizen.
  • At least 5 years of end to end hands-on experience in B2B Sales, lead generation, inside sales, or digital marketing.
  • B2B Sales background with Software as a Service product or Logistics is advantage.
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns on social media platforms, online / offline, etc.
  • Advantages if experience in SaaS, fintech, logistics, or other B2B sectors in Thailand.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, or paid advertising is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
