Role Profile:
As a Beauty Advisor, your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customers in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer request and enquiries on Make-up / Skincare
- Recommend the ideal Make-up / Fragrances to customer according to their individual preference through
- knowledge sharing
- Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty
- Basic housekeeping of work area
- Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take
- May be required to be involved in new fragrance launches and related events
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and is a team player
- Pleasant disposition & well-groomed
- Effective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
- Retail sales target achievement
- Customer relationship management – maintain and create new customer profile
- Ensure inventory management for individual counter
- Ensure excellent customer service is given to the customers (e.g. product knowledge)
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and is a team player
- Pleasant disposition & well-groomed
- Able to do makeup for customers
- For the position of Make-up Specialist, applicants are requested to provide supporting documents or a portfolio.
