International Spa Management

· วางระบบการจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อใช้ในแผนก การจัดเก็บ การสืบค้น เป็นระเบียบและสะดวกต่อการใช้งาน
· วางแผนและประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงานในแผนก
· วางแผนจัดทำและบริหารงบประมาณประจำปีนำเสนอต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
Health & Hygiene Procedure:
· วางนโยบายกำหนดการปฏิบัติงานของสปา
· ต้องแต่งตัวให้สวยงามดูดีตลอดเวลาด้วยเครื่องแบบที่สะอาด ทรงผมเรียบร้อยไม่รุงรังและแต่งหน้า
คอยตรวจสอบดูอยู่อย่างสม่ำเสมอว่าสปามีสุขอนามัยเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
