**Key accountabilities**:
- Support Employee Benefits Service Manager
- Orientation in part of employee benefit information
- Update benefits information in SharePoint INFORA
- Billing review of travel expense compiled with travel policy
- Billing review and provide monthly spending report of mobile phone and iPad
- Prepare communication pack related employee welfare and privileges for communicate to all channel
- Perform day-to-day operation review and approval for weekly benefits transaction request from employees to ensure correctness of payments is accurate compiled with the policy thru HRMS system and provide report for approval to payment
- Interface with employees for give advice about the benefit information and loans
- Perform operation of personal financial loan i.e. company free interest loan, loan for provident fund member and home loan
- Coordinate with the corporate bank, loan sources and privilege partners to proposal preparation, arrange financial training, activities and provide summary report
- Propose the new privileges program for employees and provide the summary report
- Operation support service center of Bangkok and Lamphun plant on weekly benefit claims, loans, and privilege program.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 year of experiences in Human Resources, benefit administration,
- Detail oriented and positive attitude
- Creative and Good communication,
- Good command in written and spoken English,
- Knowledge to Labour law will advantage,
- Technology proficiency for digital and social media.
