Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing and Compliance:
Ensures Accountability, Business Insight
- Review and audit timesheets and payroll reports, manage payroll cutoffs, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Certify payroll transactions to reflect correct compensation levels and withholdings in compliance with local labour laws.
- Manage payroll-related activities for new hires, terminations, transfers, one-time payments, equity, and fringe benefits.
- Audit year-end payroll activities for regional payrolls and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Vendor and Internal Collaboration:
Collaborate, Customer Focus
- Serve as a regional payroll subject matter expert for associates and internal partners.
- Work closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and local agencies for timely processing of payroll funds, tax payments, amendments, and regulatory filings.
- Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate payroll funding each month.
- Build strong relationships within the People team and other departments to provide payroll expertise.
