Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, rigorous instruction in Chemistry, AP Chemistry, IB Biology, and Pre-AP Chemistry.
Design lessons that promote inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and assessment.
Build strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or Science-related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 2 years of high school teaching experience, preferably with AP and/or IB programs.
Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry and Biology.
Demonstrated success in preparing students for external examinations (AP/IB).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job overviewNIST is looking for an effective and collaborative teacher to join our team. The preferred candidate will have experience teaching science in the IB Middle Years Programme, have thorough knowledge of all subject matter, as well as the requisite teaching qualifications for science. Outstanding communication (both written/ spoken) is also expected.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Teaching qualifications (B.Ed. or M.Ed., a requirement in Thailand to obtain a teaching license)
- At least 5 years of teaching experience science (preferably over 8 years)
- Previous international school teaching experience required
