6. จัดทำรายงานสต็อกสินค้า รายงานการเคลื่อนไหว และสรุปยอดคงเหลือประจำเดือน
7. จัดเรียงและควบคุมการเก็บรักษาสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานร้านยาและกฎหมายกำหนด
8. สนับสนุนงานด้านการตรวจนับสต็อก (Stock Take) และการตรวจสอบภายใน
9. แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการขาดสต็อก สินค้าส่งล่าช้า หรือความคลาดเคลื่อนของข้อมูล

คุณสมบัติ

1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการเภสัชภัณฑ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
3. ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets /Power BI ได้ดี
4. เข้าใจระบบการควบคุมสต็อกสินค้า (Inventory System) และสามารถใช้โปรแกรม POS หรือ ERP ได้
5. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้า ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี หรือเคยปฏิบัติหน้าที่ระดับหัวหน้างาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป
6. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารสต็อก/คลังสินค้าในธุรกิจร้านยา ร้านค้าปลีก หรือโรงพยาบาล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Records purchase, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
• Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
• Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity.
• Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock.
• Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management within the Food Services or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; strong command of English is a distinct advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships and work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.

จัดทำและบันทึกข้อมูลสต๊อกสินค้าลูกค้าในระบบ ผ่านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป/WMS/Excel ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด

ตรวจสอบและอัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้าเข้า-ออก ให้ถูกต้องตรงกับเอกสารและความเป็นจริง

ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ตรวจนับสินค้า (Stock Count / Cycle Count) ตามรอบเวลาที่กำหนด และรายงานผลการตรวจสอบต่อผู้จัดการคลัง สินค้า

จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน บันทึกและอัปเดตข้อมูลการรับ-จ่ายสินค้า ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน

งานด้านบริการลูกค้า (Customer Service & Call Center)

1. รับสายโทรศัพท์ ตอบคำถามลูกค้าผ่านทางโทรศัพท์, Line OA/กลุ่มงาน, และอีเมล

2. ให้ข้อมูลสถานะสินค้า, การจัดส่ง, หรือคำถามทั่วไปที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการของบริษัท

3. รับเรื่องร้องเรียน/ปัญหาจากลูกค้า และประสานงานต่อกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไข

4. บันทึกประวัติการติดต่อและติดตามผลการแก้ไขปัญหา

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze all demands (nation-wide and by store level) for normal sales, promotion, and activity using appropriate techniques and tools, interpreting the outcomes and preparing reports, and providing solutions to facilitate business decision making.  Ensure that all events and seasonality that may impact the sales are demonstrably anticipated and considered.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce overstocking.
• Provide forecasting & replenishment, promotion planning with external vendors and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and roll-out processes and tools to improve process efficiency and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Provide statistical analysis and insight to support the impact assessment of change, and specifically, forecasting and scheduling effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Supply Chain, Logistic, Economic and other relate filed.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in Replenishment, Inventory Management, Demand Planning.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in Inventory Management for Beverage or Dry food.
• Have experience in Retail or FMCG business would be advance.
• Managing inventory level as assigned Department to be the right quantity, the right place and the right time at lowest cost.
• Good Analytic skills /Problem solving / Decision Maker / Proactive type of interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)

Responsibilities

1. Direct, oversee, and develop strategies for asset management, including inbound and outbound operations as well as warehouse management.
2. Manage Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure efficient, secure, and fully traceable asset movement.
3. Design and develop Tracking Systems to monitor assets from receipt and dispatch, through transportation, storage, and final delivery.
4. Oversee risk management, ensuring both asset security and prevention of employee misconduct/fraud.
5. Lead teams to maintain strict, transparent, and auditable operational standards.
6. Conduct on-site inspections and personally manage issue resolution when necessary.

Requirements

Male/Female, aged 40 years or above.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10–20 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Risk Management.
3. At least 3–5 years of senior management experience (Director / Head of Department level).

• Managing overview inventory level and OOS by assigned Department to achieve the target.
• Coach and manage team both hard skill and soft skill to deliver their KPIs with goods cross functional relationship.
• Collaborating with vendors and cross functional to drive product availability at appropriate stock level and vendor service level to achieve the target
• Control workload and space utilization for DCs.
• Advise and recommendation appropriate vendors order pattern and lead time to team to work with supplier and lead time and optimize supplier closure for Seasonal.

• Maintain operational readiness and regulatory compliance across base facilities.

Project Management

• Lead and deliver strategic supply chain management related projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness e.g. process improvements, system upgrades, strategic sourcing.
• Develop and execute project plans with clear milestones, risk mitigations, stakeholder alignments, and measurable outcomes.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, inventory, logistics, and procurement (preferably in oil & gas).
• Minimum 5 years in project leadership and supervisory roles.

2. Maintain and clear GR/IR accounts; prepare shipment-level landed costs (freight, insurance, duties, import VAT).

Job Requirements:

3. Hands-on experience in GR/IR clearing and landed cost allocation (freight, insurance, duties, import VAT).
4. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
6. Good English communication skills (Chinese language skills will be considered a strong advantage)
