Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Records purchase, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity.
- Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock.
- Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory management within the Food Services or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; strong command of English is a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships and work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.

- วางแผนและควบคุมสต็อกสินค้ายาและเวชภัณฑ์ให้เพียงพอต่อการจำหน่าย
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณสินค้าเข้า–ออก และอัปเดตข้อมูลในระบบสต็อกอย่างถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อสั่งซื้อยาและสินค้าให้ทันตามความต้องการ
- ตรวจสอบวันหมดอายุของยา พร้อมบริหารการเบิกสินค้า
- จ่ายสินค้าเพื่อลดของเสียจากสินค้าหมดอายุ
- จัดทำรายงานสต็อกสินค้า รายงานการเคลื่อนไหว และสรุปยอดคงเหลือประจำเดือน
- จัดเรียงและควบคุมการเก็บรักษาสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานร้านยาและกฎหมายกำหนด
- สนับสนุนงานด้านการตรวจนับสต็อก (Stock Take) และการตรวจสอบภายใน
- แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการขาดสต็อก สินค้าส่งล่าช้า หรือความคลาดเคลื่อนของข้อมูล
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการเภสัชภัณฑ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets /Power BI ได้ดี
- เข้าใจระบบการควบคุมสต็อกสินค้า (Inventory System) และสามารถใช้โปรแกรม POS หรือ ERP ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้า ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี หรือเคยปฏิบัติหน้าที่ระดับหัวหน้างาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป
