Key Responsibilities

  • Building, developing, and maintaining automated dashboards to monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

  • University degree (BA, BSc, etc.) in Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Business management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Data Studio
  • Sense of ownership, a growth mindset, and the ability to recommend solutions which are scalable.
  • Experience with BI/analytics/statistics tools and languages (Google BigQuery, Data Studio, R, Python, etc.)
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese) to collaborate with team members and to explain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders.
  • Understand the field of the Company, especially in retail & e-commerce
  • Ability to visualize findings, create meaningful insights, and arrive at actionable recommendations.
