**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:**

The Manager will be responsible for building and executing sales and business development strategies for co-brands and Visa acceptance expansion in Thailand. + To maintain market position by spotting opportunities, developing product offerings for new lanes + markets + annual biddings.
+ To ensure annual budgets, sales + GP targets are met within the given time frame.
+ To be the representative for operational reviews with vendors + customers.
+ To provide training, support process mapping + implement solutions.
+ To collaborate with other managers + departments in increasing cross-selling activities + success.
+ To work closely with sales teams in ensuring target growth is achieved.
+ To monitor operations, sales performance + ensure compliance with internal policies + external regulations.
+ To maintain data integrity in CoreLOG (Customer Relationship Management tool) through regular updates.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Road Logistics.
+ Proficiency in transportation is a strong advantage.
+ Sales-oriented with a passion for building relationships with new customers.
+ Excellent communication skills, particularly in English-both written and spoken.
+ Excellent in MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
