Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 7+ years of experience working in management accounting, auditing, finance, or analytics role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Hands-on experience in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, ERP
- Intellectual curiosity
