Act as a Business Transformation Partner in the assigned projects or functions on transformation plan and execution.

Support ExCom and OpsCom on business transformation opportunities as set in NIC and other key requirements, including annual strategy plan ( Strat Plan ), and other strategic business needs.

Job Summary
The Business Transformation Senior Manager will play a key role in advancing Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand's transformation agenda, supporting the Business Transformation Director on the S/4HANA migration and broader business transformation initiatives. The role will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track progress against milestones, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution. Additionally, this role will prepare regular project updates, provide solution recommendations, and lead assigned project discussions under the guidance of the Business Transformation Director.

Accountabilities

• Support the planning and execution of major transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA migration and broader business transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies across all transformation workstreams.
• Coordinate with Regional Program Office, external partners, and local functional teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and effective issue resolution.
• Prepare presentations, updates, and briefing materials for Steering Committees, leadership meetings, and other governance forums.
• Assist in identifying and assessing new transformation opportunities, including preparing high-level business cases and benefit analyses.
• Support change management and communication activities to build understanding, engagement, and adoption of new systems and processes.

Skills And Experiance
