- Motivate and train department employees and ensure that they perform well.
- Ensure effective communication between the Sales team and the hotel Operations team through regular meetings and assist the Banquet Sales or Operations department to follow-up on events occurring during the banquet or meeting.

- ** Requirement**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales of online, e-commerce, education, and platform
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

**Sales Manager**

**Your task & Responsibilities**
- Manage representatives, sales activities and the implementation of product listing, sales programs and action plans in the area, control sponsor budget, Weekly morning review
- Create a long term relationship with opinion leaders and key accounts
- Setting Target, Sales forecast, Update Plan Listing, pricing by account, monthly reports, DDD analysis
- Motivate the performance of the representatives with appropriate performance feedback, empowerment, and rewards
- Monitor representatives effective call rate, target doctor activities, time management, Quarterly meeting, sales review presentation
- Evaluate performance appraisal and individual training need
- Train and develop representatives through the joint visits, coaching and training programs in product knowledge, selling skills and time management
- Analyze the market situation, forecast sales volume/value and potential, take appropriate actions as necessary to market changes and allocate the promotional expenditure within the area
- Define geographic territories and sales targets effectively by using sales history and potential and recommend to BuH
- Recruit and select suitable new representatives by using agreed selection criteria. Planning and setting sales representative objectives
- Coordinate between sales representative and others in the company

**Who You Are**
- B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- At least 3 years experiences rea sales manager experiences in Nephrology and/or Endocrinology
- Computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power point,)
- Sales coaching skill
- Managerial Leadership Development
- Sales force excellence
- Senior Sales Management
- Leadership and team building
- Ability to motivate subordinates and understand human psychology
