PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

· Utilise sales, marketing and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site on a profitable basis
· Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and guests
· Stays current with required government licenses
· Ensure all employees stay current with required government licenses, work permits, etc.
· Build, develop and manage an engaged team with a Count on Me! attitude and living our core values of Integrity, Leadership, Innovation and Growth
· Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs
· Establish service quality standards based on internal customer requirements
· Identify trends/root causes and take action to ensure desired results are achieved

· Consult with appropriate stakeholders to obtain agreement or remove barriers before implementing change

**Sales Manager**
- Conduct market research (market info, competitor’s situation, new topics and trends etc) to create sales strategy to achieve sales target and be profitable, to find new business opportunities.
- Create monthly plan to meet objectives and within responsible territory and products line, including cost and price control.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

**About The Job**

Sales Manager will acquire hotels and maintain relationships with potential properties. Sales
Manager will diligently follow the sales process - opportunity assessment, company introduction, sales pitch, product demo, contract negotiations and closing - to achieve great outcomes with new clients. This role is based in Bangkok/Chiang Mai/Chon Buri/Khon Kaen/Hat Yai/Samui/Trang.

Key responsibilities would include:

- Acquire new hotels by following ZUZU sales process - opportunity assessment, company introduction, sales pitch, product demo, contract negotiations and closing
- Work closely with Lead Generator to ensure he/she is meeting the right hotel partner in the right market
- Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets
- Update and manage sales CRM on a daily basis
- Report and communicate day-to-day progress and update directly to Head of Sales
- Provide input and share learnings from market research with the broader sales team
- Build relationships with colleagues and clients in a professional manner at all times

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree, fluent in English & Thai, Thai Nationality
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Sales CRM (Sales Force, Streak, Hubspot) and Virtual working desk management (Trello/Asana)
- Experience in similar industry (Saas Startup / Hospitality Startup preferred) at least 2 years
- Ability to close-deals, strong negotiation skills, proven track record in achieving sales targets consistently
- Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment
- Analytical/data oriented, great problem solving skills and good at following & improving processes
- Ability to effectively create daily, weekly and monthly reports with clear metrics
- Confident, well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
