Position Summary:
Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs of activities covering multiple HR activities. In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR and/or line management may develop, manage and/or administer the organization compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development and employee relations programs. The Generalist will operate in and be responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.
Position Responsibilities:
Employee Relations and Administration
· Foster and maintain positive relationships between the company and employees.
· Address and resolve workplace disputes and grievances; represent management in employee discussions when necessary.
· Interpret and apply industrial labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
· Provide guidance on proper negotiation procedures and employment regulations.
· Conduct research on industrial relations topics, such as how changes in work practices affect productivity.
· Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and improve industrial relations strategies.
· Deliver training programs on employee relations and related initiatives.
· Advise management and ensure employee acknowledgment of personnel policies and procedures, including anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programs.
· Support employees on work-related concerns, such as career development, workplace issues, and industrial relations.
· Organize and oversee employee welfare programs, including canteen services, first aid, and social activities.
· Prepare reports and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the company.
Recruitment and Training Supervisor
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including organizing recruitment events.
· Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates in alignment with the company's salary structure.
· Maintain and update job descriptions to align with the current organizational structure.
· Plan and evaluate the performance of temporary staffing agencies.
· Schedule and allocate resources for company-provided transportation services.
· Monitor service performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Motivate and develop the team to achieve recruitment and training goals.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support company activities.
· Prepare monthly reports and track key accomplishments.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Position Requirements:
Education / Experience Required.
· Degree in Human Resources management or related field.
· Prior Experience working in a multi-national company is preferred.
Special Knowledge / Skills / Training:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint
· Good command of written and verbal English.
