Directs and motivates team while personally assisting in the physical set up of the function rooms (e.g., tables, chairs, dance floors, podiums, etc.) and executing events based on requirements and standards. Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection.

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Supporting Event Services Operations**
- Ensures Red Coat program is in place in accordance with Catering Event Service minimum standard.
- Delegates tasks to ensure room sets are "on time" and meet Event Service Standards.
- Manages departmental inventories and assets including par levels and maintenance of equipment.
- Projects supply needs for the department (e.g., pads, pens, candy jars, bottled water/water pitchers).
- Manages departmental inventories and maintains equipment.
- Ensures candy rotation on all meeting room sets (if applicable).
- Establishes consistent standards for regular meeting room sets and VIP meeting room sets.
- Conducts function room inspections prior to each function to ensure the room is set according to specifications.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in all banquet operation areas.
- Coordinates routine maintenance to ensure a quality meeting facility.
- Acts as a liaison between Banquets, Event Planning, Event Delivery teams and the group contact throughout the event.

- Reviews the Diary weekly to ensure space maximization.
- Ensures function rooms are set according to event documentation (Banquet Event Orders, resumes, etc.) and customer requirements.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Receiving, processing, and unpacking goods, signing for packages, preparing computer kits for distribution, updating inventory records, counting boxes, and reporting on basic troubleshooting of defective goods.
+ Uses and operates manual and electronic documents, files, and records (shipping accounts, bar-coding, inventory, monthly inventory reporting, electronic delivery logs, incoming shipments, etc.) to properly document activities, and provide material and reliable resources information.
+ Utilizes asset management tools such as bar code scanners to perform inventories.
+ Provides outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail, completing assigned work in a timely manner, and maintaining an efficient and effective work environment.

**Qualifications:**

**Responsibilities**
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to lead/manage/participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial due diligence, divestiture support and post deal assistance to major corporate, MNC and private equity clients.
- Analyse Target company data to identify historical financial trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations and potential liabilities and risks which may impact valuation of the target company.
- Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, and indebtedness considerations
- Help our clients to understand the key drivers of the target company's business, key risks and potential value upside, and help them to make an informed investment decision
- Understand the key drivers of a business's success or failure, including products, markets, channels, and cost base
- Execute projects including performing fieldwork, interfacing with senior executives of clients and target companies, drafting high quality reports to clients etc.
- Coordinate with clients, targets and other advisors on due diligence activities including the review of transaction documentation
- Perform client and industry research and prepare materials to support our pitches and proposals to clients.
- Demonstrate an awareness and understanding of risk management practices and processes.
**Qualifications**
- Experience of working in Transaction Services on Financial Due Diligence and/or Audit & Assurance with global accounting firms
- 1-3 years required for Junior - Senior Associate
- 4-6 years required for Assistant Manager
- 6 years up required for Manager
- Solid understanding of M&A processes
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
- Strong communication and presentation capability
- Ability to thrive in an international environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
