Responsibilities

. Ensures that a medium-term plan for seed production capacity development is formulated and implemented to support the growth requirements of the company and the Advanta group.

. Ensures that a financial budget is prepared for seed production department and that expenses are managed accordingly.

. Ensures that effective people management practices are implemented in Seed Production in coordination with HR, such as performance management, competency development, recognition and rewards, compensation & benefits administration and creation of a motivating team atmosphere.

• Radi u proizvodnji motornih i industrijskih ulja na svim operacijama i procesima koji čine tehnološku celinu: priprema sirovina, šarširanje, transport gotovih proizvoda  i  pakovanje.
• Izrada proizvoda obuhvata sledeće aktivnosti:
• Kvantitativne: (merenje) prijem sirovina u skladišni prostor proizvodnje i odlaganje  u okviru raspoloživog skladišnog prostora (magacinskog-pored reaktora na koti 7 m  ili rezervoarskog)
• Priprema sirovina za korišćenje (zagrevanje u rezervoarima ili komori za razgrevanje). Kontrolu ispravnosti opreme i pripremu proizvodne opreme za rad (kompresor, sistem za grejanje, reaktori .).Pripremu sirovina za izradu proizvoda koja obuhvata transport sirovina do proizvodne linije( tečnih i polutečnih-svih onih sirovina koje se ne doziraju automatski).
• Izvođenje tehnoloških procesa
• Šaržiranje -  vrši se prema datim tehnološkim uputstvima i uputstvima za rukovanje opremom uz stalni nadzor softverskog vođenja procesa izrade. Transport iz reaktora  do skladišnih rezervoara za gotove proizvode ili direkno na linije za krupno(180/1, kontejneri i autocisterne) ili sitno pakovanje.
• Odgovoran je za realizaciju dnevnih planova, preuzimanje radnih naloga od Supervizora proizvodnje, realizaciju preuzetih radnih naloga, popunjavanje radnih naloga i dostavljanje istih Supervizoru proizvodnje.
• Odgovoran je za kvantitativni  prijem sirovina u proizvodnju kao i  kvantitet sirovina u internim skladišnim prostorima.
• Odgovoran je za kvantitet  gotovih proizvoda  u internim skladišnim prostorima (rezervoarima).
• Odgovoran je za maksimalno iskorištenjei i pravilno  korišćenje sirovina, ambalaže i repromaterijala, kvalitet i količinu gotovog proizvoda u fazi izrade i pakovanja.

• Po potrebi radi i na sledećim poslovima u okviru svoje stručne spreme i to:
• Krupno pakovanje motornih i industrijskih ulja (bačve, kontejneri i autocisterne) koje obuhvata kvalitativni i kvantitativni prijem ambalaže u privremeni skladišni prostor u okviru proizvodnje, kontrolu ispravnosti opreme za pakovanje (transporteri, vage, ), puštanje u rad linije za transport prazne ambalaže   ( pripremu ambalaže )skidanje plastičnih džakova ili kartona i  stavljanje na istu. Izvođenje samog procesa krupnog  punjenja koji se delimično odvija u automatskom režimu, a delom u ručnom režimu rada (stavljanje bačava na transporter, otvaranje bačava pre punjenja kao i zatvaranje bačava ,plombiranje, lepljenje nalepnica sa oznakama proizvoda). Komunikacija sa radnicima iz magacina gotovih kako bi se pakovanje odvijalo u kontinuitetu. Priprema kontejnera za punjenje , punjenje i odlaganje istih u predviđeni prostor  uz korišćenje sredstava unutrašnjeg transporta.

Sitnoo  pakovanje u proizvodnji industrijskih i motornih ulja što uključuje rad na svim linijama za sitno pakovanje, a koji obuhvata : pripremu linije za rad (uključivanje mašina, ispiranje linije, podešavanje opreme-etikete,), priprema ambalaže, snabdevanje linije ambalažom, kontrola distribucije i orijentacije ambalaže, kontrola  etiketiranja, kontrola rada punilice ili punjenja,kontrola zatvaranja, kontrola indukcionog varenja, kontrola označavanja (ink-jet printer),  formiranje zbirnih pakovanja, stavljanje kontrolnih listića, omotavanje termoskupljajućom folijom, odlaganje na paletu i manipulacija paletom unutar pogona uz pomoć sredstava unutrašnjeg transporta (viljuškara i ručnog paletara).

Qualifications & skills requirements

* Education Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Breeding, Agriculture, or related field.

* At least 3-7 years in seed production / crop production operations. Prior leadership / supervisory role is preferred. Experience in hybrid seed production a plus.

* Strong understanding of seed physiology, hybrid / parent seed production, seed quality testing, post-harvest seed handling. Knowledge of local crops grown by Pacific Seeds (corn, sorghum, sunflower, baby corn, etc.).

* Familiarity with seed certification standards in Thailand; experience with ISTA, DOA seed regulations; quality assurance and QC procedures

* Leadership & people management; communication with growers, field staff, internal teams; problem solving and decision making; planning & organizational skills; ability to work under seasonal pressure.

* Ability to travel to fields; outdoor work; valid driver's license; willingness to work during busy seasons (harvest etc.). Knowledge of local languages and farmer communities helpful
