**RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Lead, support and track strategic regional fulfillment projects that relate to fulfillment solution, fulfillment capabilities, cost optimization and lead time improvement.
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to capture operations optimization opportunities and reduce inefficiencies.
- Monitor and track department performance against established benchmark.
- Partner closely with Tech team on system integrations, enhancements and deployment.
- Drive actionable business insights through regional data analysis, performance monitoring and review, deep dive into issue root cause and impacts.
- Maintain operations related dashboards, metrics and reports to support business decisions
- Collaborate closely within the Center of Excellence team and with Regional Logistics leadership team to ensure all operational and process execution comply to established best-in-class regional standards.
- Responsible for relevant department meetings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, supply chain or logistics.
- At least 0-2 years’ experience in operations and/or fulfillment.
- Passionate in building capability in strategy and operations in e-commerce industry.
- Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills, well versed with Excel and data visualization tools.
- Track record in navigating ambiguity and developing structure process or workflow in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Capability to effectively manage multiple deadlines, project timelines and priorities.
- Flexible to work outside of regular office hours according to business needs.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
