Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance:

• Operating and maintaining the cloud data centre site, ensuring on-site reliability and supporting project delivery.

• Inspecting on-site data centre and checking equipment health (status lights); reporting hardware failures to the manufacturer for repair.
• Following instructions to verify IDC supplier acceptance of cabinets and on-site data centre hosting services (racks/power/cooling) delivery confirmation.

• Service Delivery:

• Performing initialization tasks for IT equipment (mainly servers, switches, and third-party equipment) according to guides, including management port configuration, RAID setup, and initial switch configuration.

• Onsite Management:

• Managing equipment receipt and delivery, on-site hardware assets, and consumables safety.

• Ensuring accuracy of warehouse information.
• Handling inbound and outbound third-party authorization, completing move-in/out forms, and managing data statistics through the supplier IDC platform.
• Providing regular reports to customers.
• Supporting others on-site and ad hoc duties as requested.

Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across teams.

• Team Leadership:
  Manage and mentor a 24/7 AdNOC team, ensuring staffing, training, performance reviews, and adherence to policies.
• Network Monitoring & Incidents:
  Oversee monitoring of systems/infrastructure, lead incident response, enforce escalation procedures, and ensure accurate incident documentation.
• Operational Excellence:
