• Responsible for Inventory Management ,Stock Control section ,the job holder assists Head of Stock Control in follow up and managing activities of stock for all commodities for Company Operation, participated in controlling and monitoring the system and soft ware used in stock and materials Management.

• Supervises the employees - within the unit of responsibility - to comply with rules, regulations, instructions, orders, or measures of workplace safety.

• Instruct the correct method of safety operation to the employed in the unit of responsibility.

• Inspect the reason for the injury, sickness of disturbance due to working of the employees, together with the safety officer, and report the total result including the proposal to

Key Responsibilities / Challenges

1. Train staffs to use Stock system related to receiving & despatching and understand

operations procedures & develop appropriate monitoring processes.

1. Maintain Stock and Location Maintenance in PrIME system and ensure all data updated at all times.

2. Identify the problem from operations procedures related to system management & propose the solution to make more effective and efficiency in operations processes.

3. Ensure that all shifts are covered by subordinates to meet the needs of Operations Dept. and P&G.

4. Ensure providing enough training to System staffs in order to perform smooth operations.

5. Keep Manager informed of any concerns/ problems that arise at the earliest opportunity.

6. Produce Short Ship Report as part of monthly KPI.

7. Maintain good working relationships with all departments at all levels.

8. Monitor performance levels of staff at all times & take appropriate action for those not conform to company policies i.e., poor performance, poor attendance record, etc.

9. Appraise staff at regular intervals, as required by company policy.

10. To inspect the working conditions, machinery, tool and equipment so that they are in the conditions of safety before starting the routine operation.

11. To inspect the reason for the injury, sickness or disturbance due to working of the employees, together with the safety officer, and report the total result including the proposal to the management, for prevention of the incident without delay.

12. To promote and support activity in working safety.

13. To carry out the work in safety as the safety officer at the level of the management/ executive shall assign.

14. To practice the annual emergency and evacuation plan as required.

15. To perform other jobs as assigned by superior.

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• 3+ years of experience in Stock and system control or warehouse system management.
• Proficiency in WMS, and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities;

• Manage inventory accuracy and system integrity within the warehouse
• Oversee stock movements, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Ensure proper system updates for inbound and outbound stock transactions
• Work with IT and operations teams to optimize warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Identify and address inefficiencies in stock control processes
• Provide training to warehouse staff on inventory management best practices

Qualifications;

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse system management
• Strong knowledge of stock control processes, warehouse systems, and data analysis
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking required
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve stock discrepancies
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
• Good communication in Thai and able to understand English required for this role
• Able to work 6 days/week required

Responsibilities:

• Do the feasibility study as international business alternative for BU to select as choice of which compatible with their business scheme's requirement & Up to date.
• Study with clarify the relevant Cost also comparison for each alternative option with Pros & Cons for management / BU to make decision
• Initiate to simulate the import / export model by combined the selection of transportation mode /Carrier choice / Customs brokers sourcing, Import & Export privilege etc.
• Invent the possible alternative scenarios to make our will gain the maximum privilege of Duty & Tax and relevant benefit.
• Initiate the Sourcing planned to any service provider whom can align with our business requisition.
• Establish the Implementation plan with prerequisite study with relevant working areas such as with operation team, BU, etc.
• Ensure execution plan will be able to launch align with project time line under cost efficiency and optimization.
• Managing Freight Forwarder to complete customs clearance and goods delivery to warehouse as plan
• Import shipment schedule planning and import shipment flow control.
• Monitor Overseas supplier's performance on Declaration according to TH customs regulations
• Knowledge FTA permit each county, HS CODE.
• Knowledge FDA, TISI, Royal Forest Department process and other related each product arrange for import.
• Warehouse Management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Import & Export, International business , Global trade management & Compliance and 3PL logistics management ; focal point to Import business perspective.
• Retail working experience, Local Customs formality & Compliance , Trading environment is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in International business / logistic management with financial aspect , Master degree is preferred

Job Description:

• Lead on checking material readiness with Pre-BOM and Material management team prior to start testing.
• Alert / Escalate to relevant team to all issue related to material supply and system error (RAF, Cost roll-up, label printing) for testing
• Check material inventory prior to start testing and confirm / feedback if any issue founded.
• Lead / Summarize for the scrap of cancellation items or change from SO.
• Monitoring X-code material and request material from planning team in case of changing to R-Code.
• Lead / Coordinate with IE to ship-out sell in order
• Summarize scrap cost, monitoring trend and share to team for further improve.
• Responsible for physical count as annual basis
• Check remaining material and contact material planning team (transfer material support CMP and REP order).
