Chief Risk Officer (CRO) - (Equivalent to Dept Manager Level)
The CRO will head the newly established Risk Management Department (RMD) for Kingfisher Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (the Group). He or she will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the Group's financial health, security, safety, operations, and reputation and will develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Risk Assessment Job Responsibilities:

Actively assist RMC and the Group Human Resources Department in the identification, assessment and recruitment of potential new staff for the RMD, from both outside and inside the Group
· Risk Identification and Assessment:
Identify potential risks across various areas like financial, operational, and compliance, and assessing their potential impact.
· Risk Analysis and Prioritization:
Conduct risk analysis to evaluate the likelihood and potential severity of identified risks and prioritizing them based on their potential impact.
· Policy Development and Implementation
Review and recommend necessary changes to existing Group risk management policies and procedures and, where needed, create RMD policies and procedures, ensuring they are appropriate, up to date and aligned with Group goals and regulatory requirements. Recommend risk appetite levels for approval by RMC.
· Risk Mitigation:
Develop and implement strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks. This includes creating contingency plans, establishing controls, and working with other departments to address potential

Act as a key liaison between the owner, contractors, and regulatory agencies on all HSSE matters.

Monitor and report on environmental metrics (e.g., air quality, noise levels, waste management) to ensure compliance with the owner's sustainability goals. Implement and enforce environmental management plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.
· Monitor HSSE performance metrics and use data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation. Stay updated on changes to health, safety, security, and environmental regulations and standards, incorporating updates into project practices. Implement lessons learned from incidents and audits to enhance the HSSE framework for current and future projects.

Qualifications:
