**1. Category Development**:
- Across ISEA markets, analyze market trends, category insights and consumer/ shopper insights to understand the categories and come up with category strategies and opportunities. Develop effective strategies & opportunities related to shopper habits and build customer customization plan.

**2. Channel Development**:
- To analyze eCommerce trends, eCommerce sub-channels thumbprint and issues/ opportunities for the development of specific channels, in alignment with Key Account Planners and Brand Building, to devise a strategy and jobs to be done
- Develop channel assessment in term of trend, performance and opportunities and determine channel demand creation to achieve sales target and win Danone share.
- Lead e-channel strategies, deliver e-channel plan, implement customize e-channel communication based insights and priorities between the Marketing Teams and eCommerce Sales Teams. Proactively identify business opportunity and develop channel growth strategy in all eCommerce sub-channels.
**3. Profitable Revenue Growth Management (PRGM).**
- Across ISEA markets, develops strategies to improve & maximise Trade Investments ROI by completing promotion analysis and validate against expected results. Ensure category and brand health via guidance on Trade Spends (TS) and CO% across all e subchannels and categories, by market level
- Across ISEA markets, to analyze and evaluate profitability, P&L and ROI for regional/nationwide/ trade specific campaigns and promotions, by working closely with ISEA eCommerce Analyst

**Perfect Online Store, Content & Merchandising**:
- High degree of e-Merchandising - to develop & create best in class e-merchandising standards & guidelines from Official Store homepages to product pages with the objectives of achieving healthy PICOS scores and maximising sales conversions.
- Ensure Danone's Picture of Success - basics fundamentals deployment for all existing and new SKUs in terms of Search, Content, Availablity, Ratings & Reviews across all ISEA markets
