Atome Thailand is seeking a proactive Channel Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team during the go-to-market (GTM) stage. In this hybrid role, you will lead the execution of paid digital campaigns and CRM initiatives aimed at driving user growth, retention, and GMV.
This position combines performance marketing and lifecycle marketing, making it ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative — with a strong ability to translate insights into impactful, data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms with a focus on app installation, customer acquisition, and conversion.
- Own end-to-end campaign setup: budgeting, audience segmentation, bidding strategy, creative briefing, and A/B testing.
- Work with internal teams across local and regional teams to manage creative development, ad copy, targeting, and budgeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.
- Continuously run A/B tests, iterate and improve campaigns based on performance data to achieve efficiency targets (e.g. CAC, ROAS).
- Monitor and track performance for the brand's application, website and own media channels.
- Own the CRM lifecycle strategy, from onboarding to retention and win-back.
- Design and execute targeted user journeys based on segmentation, behavioral triggers, and predictive models.
- Optimize lifecycle campaigns based on performance insights.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or advertising.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. MoEngage, braze, etc.), user journey mapping, A/B testing.
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into action.
- Familiarity with user acquisition strategies, marketing funnels, and merchant collaboration.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with working-level English proficiency.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
