**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Under the direction of Operations Director, this position is responsible for driving VES methodologies with accountability through daily management of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, People, 5S and VES related subjects in Laboratory & Chemical Manufacturing department.
This position will manage a team of area managers including chemists and technicians in manufacturing environment with scientific expertise to ensure successful transfer of new products from development to manufacturing.
This position includes laboratory roles for validation and qualification of new chemicals, transferring of new products and processes, lead on chemistry related projects, support GCS functions & failure investigation of commercialized products; support processes to ensure performance within expected parameters, coordinates and work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, and Operations, to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Safety and Compliance:**
+ Ensure strict adherence to chemical handling and safety protocols in both the production and laboratory environments.
+ Ensure chemical compliance with local and other regulatory bodies.
+ Provide updated records/ data to relevant parties and regulatory bodies.
+ Manage waste disposal and hazardous material protocols, ensuring environmental safety compliance.

**Production Management:**

+ Prepare reports based on test results and collaborate with production teams for support and improvements.
**Quality Control:**

**Process Improvement:**

**Inventory Management:**

+ Bachelor's degree or minimum of 8 years' experience Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
+ At least 8 years' experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in laboratory and related functions.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial role.
+ Strong understanding of chemical production with extensive knowledge of chemical production processes, such as batch production, continuous production, or custom chemical synthesis.
+ Familiarity with laboratory testing techniques, such as titration, spectroscopy, chromatography, Silica and pH measurement.
+ Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) tools and techniques.
+ Able to communicate effectively using English language skill in a technical level.
+ In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 and/or other relevant quality management standards.
+ Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
+ Knowledge of manufacturing process with Oracle ERP, AGILE PLM, QMS is advantageous.

We are seeking a talented Senior Process Engineer or Process Engineer with a Metal Stamping, Injection and background to join our team at KARWIN THAI ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL LIMITED' in Phan Thong Chon Buri. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the delivery of our engineering projects.
Position: Senior Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design of hardware and plastic products using PREO.
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings, BOM, specifications, and manage ECN/ECR processes.
- Oversee mold assembly records and modification notices to support manufacturing.
- Coordinate design reviews, testing, and ensure FA data meet customer specifications.
- Guide product development from design to mass production.
- Lead team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Communicate with customers and participate in technical discussions or project meetings.
- Develop product process flows to support production planning.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as Production engineer or Process Engineer in electronic, Stamping, Injection, Mold manufacturing company
- Proficient in PREO / CAD software and experienced in DFX/DFMA.
- Strong knowledge of metal stamping and plastic injection molding processes.
- Familiar with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Strong communication, project management, and customer negotiation skills.
- Able to manage cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure situations.
Position: Project Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOM and follow up on engineering change (EC) activities.
- Create part drawings, arrange sample production, and monitor progress.
- Follow up mold development and modifications until product meets FA requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end sample processing including plating, riveting, welding, painting, and final assembly.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth product development and production launch.
- Assist in communication with customers via email or phone under supervision.
- Work closely with quality and tooling teams to ensure product meets customer specifications.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product development or project engineering.
- Knowledge of mold processes, metal stamping, injection molding, and material properties.
- Proficient in PREO / CAD software.
- Strong drawing and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Purpose Statement:This role is a hybrid of clerical and technical work, ensuring the smooth implementation of changes and deviations in the manufacturing process. They track and implement these changes, help with product containment, problem solving, and cost estimation, and ensure the changes are executed successfully. They also provide general support to the process engineering team to meet departmental and customer needs
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
- Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
- Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
- Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- One (1) or more years of related experience in Electronics Manufacturing Service is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficient in English (Spoken & Written).
