Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the Finance and accounting team

• Provide long-term and medium-term business and financial planning of the Company and its Subsidiaries

• Control and manage all accounting and finance of the Company and its subsidiaries

• Lead managerial accounting and financial analysis, providing insights for effective decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Proven experience in senior management position in accounting, finance or other related fields

• Excellent business acumen and analytical skill.

• Experience in and good knowledge of SEC/SET regulation and requirements, Public Company Act, Thai Corporate and Commercial Law.
