- Supporting and advising clients on labor laws.
- Working closely with customers as a consultant and specialist on people issues.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Executing HR projects as assigned by HR Client Services Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 7 years experience in HR with 3 years in payroll management.
- Good knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage and lead team members to excellent performance.
- Must be a team player and highly organized.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal relations, follow-up, time management, and managerial skills.

Good command of both written and verbal English and knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
Ability to deal with difficult customers and handle stress.
Able to work off office hours, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
Proficiency in Google Doc, Sheet, Slide / Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
Capability to manage the complexity of understanding a new business quickly.
