Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with foreign patients via messaging apps, calls, and online platforms
- Offer basic patient consultation and support in English (answer questions, give guidance within scope)
- Provide clear medical-related information and recommend appropriate services
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth hand-off to doctors and nurses
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment follow-ups
- Occasionally assist with simple in-clinic tasks (vital signs, IV prep, etc.) as needed
Requirements:
