Real Estate Consultant

Salary: 15,000 to 24,000 + High Commission rate

Location: Hua Hin

Permanent - Full Time

Able to work remotely

Tasks:

  • Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate properties for sale in Hua Hin.
  • Engage with clients & investors sourced through Keller Henson platform.
  • Convert leads from Keller Henson into property buyers, providing expert guidance throughout the property acquisition process.
  • Assist foreign buyers to purchase NEW PROPERTIES in Hua Hin (condos & villas).
  • Maintain update of the new properties stock in & around Hua Hin.
  • Recommend the best properties for advertising & marketing.
  • Being the point of contact the property developer to get projects to sell, promotions, prices updates.
  • Being able to contact the landlord for resell, house, villas, condominiums, lands.
  • Getting properties listed online and offline.
  • Presenting the listed properties to the prospect customers.
  • Providing the best solutions regarding client's needs
  • Collaborating with the legal team regarding the legal documents, etc.
  • Collaborating with marketing team for properties promotion

Qualifications:

  • A dynamic, autonomous & motivated person.
  • 3 years of experience as Sales in Property and Real Estate.
  • Thai National with Fluent English is a must.
  • Excellence in real estate sales and marketing with positive attitude.
  • Have a proven record of success in the Real Estate industry within your area.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, determination to success, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Strong decision making & problem-solving skills.
  • Professional Attitude & very good communication skills.

  4. Start of work: 1st of November.
