- Responsible for component drawing, packaging material design, etc.
Responsible for component approval, testing, sample signing, etc.
Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify improvements to component performance and reliability
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance product quality and cost-effectiveness
- Analyse data and create reports to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to production and operations teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of similar working experience
- Familiar with the manufacturing processes of hardware components, labels, and packaging materials
Proficient in using CAD, Office and other office software and data analysis tools
Strong technical skills in mechanical design, modelling, testing and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to continuous improvement

We are looking for a Component Engineer who will be a part of our teams and help us improve related task as following detail.
Your main role is to:
- Verify and create new specification document for new part/ new components evaluation guidelines.
- Verify and create new Delta P/N for new components.
- Review all related BOM (Preliminary BOM/ Customer BOM/ Safety BOM or Production BOM) and
provide recommendation to Design Engineer to be completely compliance with Component Standardization, - Multiple Source strategy, Customer compliant and Safety compliance.
- Preparing Customer environmental report following each customer specific requirement.
- Perform Material Evaluation for Components Qualification and approval
- Maintaining Q-Info data into system for smooth production.
- Cooperating with Commodity Team or related Team for supplier quality improvement.
- Cooperate with Team for initiate and Develop New Materials and New Sources or New supplier for
new Design & Cost competition. - Cooperate and Support to verify & trouble shooting the Material or Component Issues.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or other related field
- Prefer 2 years of working experience in a related field, new graduates are also welcome
- Good command of both spoken and written English

- Perform magnetics simulation in Finite Element Analysis Software such as FEMM, Ansys, Quickfield
