 Piping Design: Design and oversee the installation of piping systems.

Zeon Chemicals Asia Co., Ltd. (ZCA) is seeking a Construction Engineer (6-month Contract) to join our project team for the New Construction Project. 

Contract: 6 months does not include the site construction period, and with possible extension depending on project needs investment decision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with engineering design, specifications, safety, and quality standards.

 Instrumentation Systems: Design and oversee the installation of instrumentation systems.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Civil Construction Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bilfinger (Thai) Construction Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. As a Civil Construction Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the engineering and construction industry.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 0-20 years of experience as a Civil Construction Engineer, preferably in the construction of commercial or industrial buildings
3. Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
4. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply engineering principles
5. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
6. Skilled in project management, including scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

การวางแผนและประสานงานโครงการ (Project Planning and Coordination):

· สนับสนุนการจัดทำแผนงานโครงการ ตารางเวลา และงบประมาณ

· ประสานงานกับสถาปนิก วิศวกร และผู้รับเหมา เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการ

· ตรวจสอบแบบก่อสร้างและแผนงานเพื่อระบุปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง

การบริหารทรัพยากร (Resource Management):

· จัดสรรและบริหารทรัพยากร เช่น แรงงาน วัสดุ และอุปกรณ์

คุณสมบัติ:

· วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือผู้มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านก่อสร้างไม่เกิน 3 ปี

· สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานตามไซต์งานทั่วประเทศได้ (มีเบี้ยเลี้ยง/ที่พักตามนโยบายบริษัท)

· มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถขับรถเดินทางไปยังไซต์งานได้ด้วยตนเอง

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in line with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure work progress aligns with the master schedule.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and delay analyses.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Support project control activities including resource planning, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
