Key Responsibilities
1.Construction Management (40%)
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure on-time commencement of projects
- Monitor project progress with milestone inspections
- Conduct quality checks and organize final acceptance to meet company standards
2.Internal Communication & Coordination (10%)
- Liaise with the Operations team on construction updates
- Facilitate cross-department communication and resource coordination
3.Store Maintenance Management (10%)
- Handle store repair requests and assign contractors
- Follow up on repair works to ensure timely completion
4.Drawing Review & Coordination (20%)
Liaise with Chinese designers to provide site survey reports, floor plans, renderings, and construction drawings
- Review and translate drawings; ensure accuracy and control submission timelines
5.Vendor & Contractor Management (20%)
- Maintain contractor resources and build reliable vendor partnerships
- Collect quotations, conduct cost comparisons, and ensure cost efficiency
6.Regulatory Support
- Provide required documents to legal partners/law firms for new project food license applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, renovation, or store development; retail or F&B chain experience preferred
- Familiar with construction processes, drawing standards, and compliance requirements
- Possess contractor/vendor resources is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both English or Chinese for drawing review and coordination
- Flexible to travel and work on-site during evenings or weekends based on project needs

Job Description:
- Working closely with Client site team.
- Execute, conduct assurance, mentor, coach, train and conduct site safety surveillance prior to mobilization of worker.
- Implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and protocols specific to construction activities within oil depot service sites.
- Plan, lead, and participate in job site safety meetings.
- Update monthly, all site-specific safety plans with the project teams.
- Follow up with subcontractor representatives to ensure proper disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with Program managers, Construction Safety Lead, Engineer, and contractors to integrate safety considerations into project planning, execution, and completion phases.
- Conduct safety training sessions for personnel involved in construction projects, covering topics such as hazard recognition, hot work, fall protection, confined space entry, and emergency response.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training sessions, and other relevant documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and permitting requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in construction safety management, and implement necessary updates to safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master's degree in OSH or bachelor's degree (Any Engineering Discipline) and Register to country health organization
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Oil&Gas, Civil and construction industry, in a role of site HSSE Advisor
- Relevant Certification(s) in Workplace/Occupational Health & Safety training
- Operational HSSE experience with hands on experience in Construction Safety in project environment.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and Oil and gas standards.
- Fluent in the local and English language where he/she will be required to operate
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate safety requirements and inspire a safety-first culture.
- Experience conducting safety training sessions and developing educational materials.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- CPR/First Aid Certified is advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel (Surat Thani, Samutsongkram) as required.

Essential Functions:
- Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in assigned studies for investigative sites, RSU Team Lead, Clinical Operations, Feasibility, Site Identification, Project Leadership and GICS. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), quality of designated deliverables and to project timelines. Where applicable, act as a Country Lead for projects with no regional Lead assigned.
- Perform Regulatory, Start-up and Maintenance activities according to applicable regulations, SOPs and work instructions.
- Prepare site regulatory documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
- Review, prepare and negotiate site contracts and budgets with sites, if applicable.
- Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project specific information.
- Ensure contracts are fully executed, regulatory documents and approvals are granted, IP Release authorized and specific project deliverables are completed.
- Review and provide feedback to management on site performance metrics.
- Review, establish and agree on project planning and project timelines. Ensure overall project efficiency and adherence to project timelines. Ensure monitoring measures are in place and implement contingency plan as needed.
- May contribute to the collection, interpretation, analysis and dissemination of accurate regulatory intelligence to support assigned studies and wider company, as required.
- May assist in pre-award activities including bid defenses, proposals and oversights of the scope of work at country level.
- May provide input into contract and budget template development.
- May support importation activities.
- May have direct contact with sponsors on specific initiatives.
- May act as Local Regulatory, Ethics and Contract Expert and reviewer of ICF.
- May act as mentor, and prepare and deliver country-specific training, for less experienced staff.
- May participate in feasibility and/or site identification activities.
- May perform Site Selection Visits if a trained monitor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in-depth knowledge of clinical systems, procedures, and corporate standards.
- Good negotiating and communication skills with ability to challenge, if applicable.
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including local regulations, , SOPs and company's Corporate Standards.
- Understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and knowledge of drug development process.
