Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategically plan and execute sales strategies to optimize time investment and territory/ segment coverage.
+ Foster relationships with existing and potential clients, facilitating sales through a personalized approach.
+ Showcase our products and services to clients, both in-person and via phone, guiding them to select solutions tailored to their requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical services to streamline sales efforts.
+ Conduct thorough analyses of market potential and client value, strategizing to maximize returns.
+ Craft compelling proposals and quotations to address client needs and preferences.
+ Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conventions to showcase our offerings and network with stakeholders.
+ Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
+ Leverage insights to highlight the advantages of our products/services compared to competitors.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Science or a related field.
+ Minimum 3 years of solution sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device field.
+ Ability to relate technical/clinical information to non-technical customers.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Can communicate well in English, Thai
+ Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools as required.
+ Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

“Archetype Thailand is looking for a Construction Manager to manage/supervise in New Factory Construction Site, Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao. Type of the construction is a Production area, warehouse, and office with a total size of the project of 15000 sq. m. of our client, you will be responsible for managing the contractor(s) to meet the agreed-upon timetable and quality standards.”
- Responsible for a construction site including project management teams, site organization, document organization, safety, quality control, contract management, and budgetary management.
- Implementation on their construction sites of Project Management Quality Management System, associated tools, processes, and procedures to ensure site activities are appropriately controlled and monitored for the satisfactory progression of the projects.
- Directly manage their project team(s) to ensure quality management outcomes in pre-construction, construction, commissioning, hand-over, and post-construction.
- Responsible for ensuring the resourcing levels on their project(s) are appropriate in terms of numbers and skill level of employees. Planning, scheduling, and overall budgetary responsibility for the project(s) they are responsible for, ensuring that projects remain on-time schedule and within budget.
- Always ensure good communication channels are maintained between the project team, contractors, clients, and the Archetype Group office.

Qualification
- Degree qualified in Structural Engineering or relevant degree in construction.
- 10+ years’ experience in Project Management including experience in a Project Management Consulting environment (Factory, warehouse, industrial construction site, experience reference is required.
- Advanced attention to detail, particularly concerning contractual requirements.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear contractual letters, make presentations, chair meetings, and make reports and meeting minutes that are clear and understandable.
- Advanced client management skills, including demonstrable high levels of persuasiveness, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills. Advanced technical abilities in project management, with the ability to train and mentor others to develop further their skills in tendering, contract management, safety, quality management, planning and scheduling, contractor management, and budgetary control.
- Demonstrated advanced budgetary and planning management to ensure projects are maintained within budget and timeframes, delays are avoided, and additional fees can be negotiated for out-of-scope work.
- Advanced working knowledge of software used in project management including Microsoft Project.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
