• วางแผนและกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานก่อสร้าง ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบโครงการ
• บริหารคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างและสภาพแวดล้อมโครงการ ให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย ต้นทุน และ กำหนดการ
• บริหารทรัพยากรเครื่องจักรวัสดุ และ บุคลากรจากทีมต่างๆ ทั้งวิศวกรสนาม, ธุรการสนาม, ผู้รับเหมา
• กำกับการใช้งบประมาณดำเนินการในภาพรวม เช่น ค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับ supplier หลัก
• สร้างสรรค์ระบบงานเพื่อความสำเร็จของทีม ทั้งการสื่อสารประจำวัน, การประชุม, การประเมินผลงาน, รายงาน หรือ การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
• บริหารและควบคุมงานโครงการคอนโดมิเนียม บ้าน โรงแรม

คุณสมบัติ

• การศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า (สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา, ก่อสร้าง, สถาปัตยกรรมหรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• มีประสบการณ์ 4 ปีขึ้นไปทางด้าน คุมงานก่อสร้าง แนบราบและแนวสูง รวมทั้ง โรงแรม
• สามารถย้ายไปปฏิบัติงานตามพื้นที่โครงการ นอกเหนือจาก กรุงเทพฯ ได้ เช่น ภูเก็ต ชลบุรี
• มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ (กว.)
• มีความเป็นผู้นำ และมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้างและระบบสาธารณูปโภค
• มีลักษณะเป็นผู้นำสูง มีความรับผิดชอบ กล้าคิด กล้าตัดสินใจ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และบริหารทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of solar power, renewable energy, and infrastructure construction.
• In-depth knowledge of EPC contracts, procurement processes, and PPA obligations.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards, QA/QC processes, and project management methodologies.

Electrical and Renewable energy

• Understanding of electrical power and specific parameters basis
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical circuit.

• Understanding the basics of electrical communication.
• Proficiency in developing, training, and deploying, particularly in applications related to energy management.
• Understanding of energy management systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy efficiency practices.

Work Management process

• Experience in CMMS or work force management program
• Effective people management and supervisory skills

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:

• Industry Standards: Familiarity with energy industry regulations, standards, and best practices for energy management and data security.
• Safety standard: Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Risk Management: Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to energy systems.

Software skill:

• Experience at least in MS word, Excel etc.
• Experience in SCADA system is advantageous
• Experience in CMMS is advantageous
• Experience in AutoCad is advantageous

Communication:

• Politely and service mind
• Thai : Native
• English : Experience in Medium – high is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction/project management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of managing EPC contracts and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience working with multi EPCs, consultants, and cross-border projects is a plus.

Position: Scheduler (Construction & Project Management)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Track progress against the baseline schedule and report deviations to the project team.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment.
• Lead or participate in planning and coordination meetings to support project execution.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in scheduling or project planning, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6/MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• ติดตามและผลักดัน การปรับปรุงระบบอาคารให้ทันสมัย ตามเทคโนโลยีและแนวโน้มของตลาด
• วางแผนและพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมงาน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเชี่ยวชาญและประสิทธิภาพในระยะยาว

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขา วิศวกรรมโยธา, เครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, บริหารจัดการอาคาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน บริหารจัดการอาคารสำนักงาน, งานระบบวิศวกรรมอาคาร, หรือ Facility Management อย่างน้อย 8–10 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในด้าน การบริหารทีมงาน, การควบคุมโครงการ และงบประมาณ
• เข้าใจระบบประกอบอาคาร เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ, สุขาภิบาล, ระบบอัตโนมัติอาคาร (BAS)
• มีประสบการณ์ในการ วางแผนบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการปรับปรุงอาคารให้ทันสมัยตามเทคโนโลยี
• มีทักษะในการประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา วิศวกรผู้ออกแบบ และหน่วยงานภายในองค์กร
• มีวิสัยทัศน์ในการพัฒนาอาคารให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานและแนวโน้มของตลาด
