Your Key Responsibilities
With the Mobility Tax team, you'll join a talented group of professionals that provide individual tax planning, compliance services and advice on tax implications related to the mobility of employees as well as corporate and employment tax planning. Our key capabilities include: Mobility Tax Compliance, Income Tax Advisory & calculations, Cross-Border Share based incentive schemes & expatriate compensation and Global and Local Employment Tax Compliance & Advisory.

You will be engaged in complex compliance and advisory work; working with colleagues all over the globe, completing tax returns, reviewing/signing off, writing correspondence, providing authoritative advice/guidance, and review tax cost estimates. Directly engaging our clients is vital, be ready to question and negotiate to provide results.

Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or business-related fields
  • Excellent oral and written English skills (including strong presentation skills)

We are seeking a Core Banking Delivery Lead to spearhead the replacement of deposits and lending core banking system for a retail and commercial bank.

  • Client management: Act as client point of contact on all delivery matters. Liaise with project sponsors and key stakeholders to understand and ensure project alignment with business goals and objectives.   • Communication: Provide timely and clear project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering a collaborative environment to address challenges. Build and maintain a trusted relationship with the client's Program Leads and Executive stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance: Oversee and provide guidance delivery workstreams (business requirements, application and interface design, end-to-end testing, data migration, change management) to achieve delivery targets. As a member of the Consulting team, you will work directly with the EY Business Consulting team and clients on a daily basis to plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information from clients by interview, conducting workshops, surveys or focus groups, etc.
  • Identify gaps in client operations and recommend resolutions for further improvements
  • Prepare and design deliverables content to reflect client needs and strive to develop deliverable quality through verification and validation of results
  • Manage a small workstream of consultants through task delegations, guidance and coaching, and quality assurance
  • Work closely with the client in collecting client's information and managing their expectation
  • Able to work in different business and/or project's scope, or provide operational supports to the team from time to time
  • Able to travel (domestic/overseas) when required

Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role you must have

  • Thai nationality only
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, AIS, MIS, Business Administration or other business-related roles
  • 0-2 years (for junior), 2-6 years (for Senior) and 6-8 years (for Manager) of experience in Consulting or client facing role. New graduated are welcome
  • Strong analytical thinking, with exceptional organizational skills

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Extensive experience in a similar role or working environment, preferably in professional services, project management, or client-facing role
