**Skills & Experience**

+ An experienced professional with at least 6 years of non-consulting experience, ideally, at MANAGER level in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.) or
+ An MBA graduate with at least 3 years of consulting experience and 4 years of non-consulting experience in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.) or
+ A PhD with at least 2 years of consulting or non-consulting experience in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.)

**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:**

The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling the holiday credits, which are securities as defined in the Corporations Law. The holiday credits are sold in strict compliance with the registered Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and other rules required by Corporations Law.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** **_(Include but not limited to:)_**

+ Installing and configuring all required SAP database servers and applications.

+ Entry level transformational consulting experience.
+ Entry level experience in running discovery workshops, linked to presenting findings back to the client as well as capability to interact and resolve any areas when challenged on findings and or recommendations in a collaborative and successful manner.
+ Entry level business development and pre-sales experience.
