The Academy aligns with the SAP Customer Services & Delivery team supporting our customers in their digital transformation. **THE ROLE OF TQM IN SAP PREMIUM ENGAGEMENT**
As an integral part of the SAP Customer Services & Delivery strategy, the Premium Engagement (PE) business led by Services Engagement Engineer (SEE) is a strategic advisory for primarily the largest SAP customers. It brings SAP's innovations, realizes and accelerates adoption and consumption of SAP Solutions across hybrid and cloud landscapes, and delivers on promises and expected outcomes. Premium Engagement offerings have a critical role to play in driving customer success and the success of the Customer Services & Delivery organization.
The SAP Services Engagement Engineer is the key role in the Customer Services Premium Engagement business and works with customers with Premium Engagement contracts, e.g., MaxAttention and ActiveAttention. SEE is responsible for the overall delivery of contracted services and building long-lasting engagements across the entire customer landscape and end-to-end business processes in SAP solution's scope.
We are looking for a team member who is able to demonstrate and/or is keen to learn the following:
+ Strong customer engagement skills to develop into a Trusted Advisor within an large, enterprise client
+ Service delivery understanding and value-management mindset, with focus on project-managing PE services delivery as TQM: resourcing, staffing, scope mgmt, risk and issues mgmt, escalation management.
+ Understanding an overall enterprise architecture across private cloud, SaaS, and on-premise solutions including integration
+ Business acumen and business understanding: ACV (annual contract value) contract renewal, solutioning, procurement, customer retention, managing P&L on contract level
+ Working as a core member of a virtual account team and orchestrating cross-account internal governance.
+ Analysis of customer situation and requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics

We are seeking a Core Banking Delivery Lead to spearhead the replacement of deposits and lending core banking system for a retail and commercial bank.

The candidate should have experience in Core banking engagements and hands on skills in managing delivery of similar large, complex projects, preferably in Thailand.

This role is the primary, on site, leadership position for EY as Systems Integrator and will serve as the day-to-day interface with the client's Program Director, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, and governance. It will be the accountable SI role managing overall delivery

Your key responsibilities:

  • Client management: Act as client point of contact on all delivery matters. Liaise with project sponsors and key stakeholders to understand and ensure project alignment with business goals and objectives. Provide strategic advisory and drive key decisions and prioritization in line with program objectives.
  • Communication: Provide timely and clear project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering a collaborative environment to address challenges. Build and maintain a trusted relationship with the client's Program Leads and Executive stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
:

  • Perform project and program management responsibilities including PMO/ EPMO design/ set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, and manage project management processes utilizing a structured project management methodology and formal tools and approaches
  • Support managing full project life cycle delivery from initiation to deployment including project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risks & issues management, resource management and status reporting
  • Manage RAID processes including risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies pertaining to projects and interdependencies across technology, operations and business and prepare RAID dashboards
  • Manage integration roadmap, including changes to technology, processes, risk & governance frameworks
  • Perform change management through the lifecycle of the project and program and drive change adoption
  • Generate and publish project health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders including data gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and presentation of project metrics
  • Track and Report benefit realization Planned Vs Actual during the course of the project
  • Interface and communicate with program and project team, management and stakeholders
  • Work within defined governance processes, policy and standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality / Thai native only
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated experience of successfully managing large-scale complex cross-functional team within in a global environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to executive sponsors and to all levels of technical and non-technical staffs
  • Knowledge of Agile project delivery experience, good to have experience working in Scaled Agile frameworks, Portfolio, Product management using Agile tools and methodologies
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needs
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, MS Server
  • One or more of Industry certifications - PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO
  • Knowledge of Primavera / Clarity/ Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps/ Power BI is an added advantage
  • Good to have experience working with Agile Transformation project, good understanding of waterfall methodologies and JIRA/ADO administration and configuration knowledge

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on topics relative to banking and insurance industries
  • Gather and analyze information from clients through interview, workshop, survey or focus group
  • Prepare, design and deliver high-quality work products in line with project timelines
  • Work closely with clients in the fialcial sectors, gathering essential information and managing their expectation
  • Be adaptable and able to work under different business / project scopes or provide operational support to the team as necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the banking and insurance industries and related services offerings
  • Be willing to travel as required

Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role you must have

  • Thai nationality only
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Economics, Engineering or other business-related fields
  • Welcome new graduated and experience 2 years for senior level in a similar role or working environment, preferably in a professional services or client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with exception organizational skills
  • Personal integrity, sound judgement and an honest and ethical approach

Ideally, you'll also have
Individual with an experience in
Banking or Insurance industries
with experience in either front process, operation process, accounting process or IT will be highly considered

We are seeking a Change Management Lead for a deposits and lending core banking implementation of retail and commercial bank. The candidate should be experience in strategizing, planning and managing change for similar large, complex projects, preferably in Thailand.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Change strategy: Strategize and develop change plan based on client context and priorities
  • Communicate change: Curate and delivery messaging to provide awareness for the case for change, inspire participation and adoption
  • Change impact: Lead assessment of change impact by stakeholder groups (functions and departments) and persona
  • Change design: Develop training and learning materials and curriculum to enable user groups
  • Change delivery: Plan and deliver training, assess effectiveness and of end users' readiness to transition to the new system

Essential Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality / Thai native only
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) is preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, with a focus on retail and commercial banking

  • Proven experience in managing change in large-scale transformation projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
