**Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Thai with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 year of scriptwriting, copywriting or related experience from film/series industry
- Strong portfolio of successful script doctoring or scriptwriting projects across various mediums.
- Passionate about reading and writing. All forms ranging from novels, online novels, web-toons.
- Strong passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the digital entertainment industry.
- Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to exercise critical and analytical thinking while working with creative content.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.

The role requires a skilled introverted extrovert, who can communicate and coach people of different capabilities and backgrounds, can engage our audience and create an easy-to-use database!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage our digital database which contains our digitally created files usually used for sales and marketing purpose
- Create and maintain a categorization system to assure people can find the assets
- Create or use a pre-built taxonomy and metadata (keywords) so that every single item in the database can be found by a user doing keyword search
- Upload new collected assets into the system and add metadata to each asset
- Train users how to search the database, troubleshoot software issues and work with IT to test new updates as well as find bugs and report those to the system vendor
- Meet with leaders or managers within our organization to create new repositories for new kind of assets. In these meetings, the Digital Content Manager will conduct presentations, demos and field questions that will assist in decision making and increase the usage of the Library (platform)
- Search and find subset of assets (e.g. all concert venues within certain countries to support Musical Performance Segment)
- Usually, you will have to do some creative problem solving to deliver the requested information
- Sometimes metadata tracking needs to be updated, so that people in the organization can easily and fast access the data
- The data will need to be updated, possibly migrated to a new system in future, so there is an element of project management involved in this job
**We Are Looking for a Person Who is**:
- A creative problem solver and can communicate with all types of people in different roles. (IT, Sales, Destination Managers, Suppliers, NTO's, Senior Leadership etc.) and interact with almost everyone in the organization, at all levels
- Detail oriented and patient. It is very important because software can be finicky and if the right metadata isn't added to every asset, it can be lost forever in the system
- Enjoying organizing and teaching, can also find creative ways to use software
**To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have**:
- Experience in digital content management from a previous job (please address the job description in your CV), with Master of Information & library science or library science would be an advantage.

The Digital Assets Content Curation team is responsible for keeping a pulse on industry trends, customer preferences, and changes in the sales landscape by collaborating with regional teams and subject matter experts.
As a Digital Assets and Content Curation Specialist, you will work on the team that drives seamless E2E customer buying experiences via digital content, improve business outcomes and deal velocity by localizing and making reusable content and assets accessible.
These are some of the responsibilities you will have:
+ Curate reusable, modular, or contextualized digital assets to support various outbound demand generation, deal support, and customer success activities. Ensure alignment with business priorities.
+ Craft compelling and persuasive text copies that align with our brand voice and engage our target audience across various platforms.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Advisory and other content providers to identify and tailor digital content to region/ LoB/ industry needs, specific segments/ accounts/ opportunities, and outbound DG campaigns.
+ Support and oversee localization and translation efforts.
+ Visually design business content and information through infographics, charts, and illustrations (customer-facing).
+ Measure the adoption of digital content against agreed objectives. Execute user enablement activities and regularly report progress and impact to executive sponsors.
+ Promote best practices to elevate the digital DNA within SAP and its partner ecosystem. Embed digital practices into customer engagement and selling motions.
+ Lead or actively support innovative digital asset-related initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer digital experience, driving automation, and making content self-service and easy to consume.
**YOUR PROFILE**
+ Bachelor or equivalent business experience.
+ **Fluency in Japanese and English is a must,** with strong written and verbal communication skills to craft strong stories and messages.
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
+ Ability to work in high volume activity working environments, involving managing several projects simultaneously.
+ Ability to turn complex issues into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals.
+ Have discipline to work independently and remotely.
