Job Description
Act as a gatekeeper for brands to improve brand equity within the eCommerce platform and work closely with Marketing and Platform Managers to optimize the portfolio and enhance brand communication.
Improve eCom shopper experience by optimizing eCommerce UX/UI, SIS and onsite features ie. Feed & CEM in order to improve conversion rate.
Develop eCom contents across all channels that impactfully convey commercial and brand messages, campaign theme and tagline.
Manage graphic designers to deliver eCom assets in all channels including SIS, CPAS and other media.
Develop and deliver on-site search strategies and optimization in order to improve Share of Search and acquire potential buyers.
Responsible for affiliate marketing, social media content strategies and communication.
Responsible for improving the Edge Scorecards including store integrity, rating, review & share of search.
Lead other content & e-Store optimization projects as assigned by team leader.
Collaborate with Analytics and Social to uncover new consumer behaviour insights and translate into impactful tactics to recruit new buyers.
For all platforms, track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Report KPIs to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
**Skills & Competencies**:
Contents planning, creative writing and development.
Search and keyword optimization and strategic bidding.
Contents evaluation and reporting.
Experience managing multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
Assist in identifying global content partner(s) and manage content creation / production with stakeholders and experts.
Drive consistent improvement in content and ensure scalability across channels.
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in brand content/ eCom Campaign Marketing/ Onsite MS or Search/ SEO development.
Understanding of UX/UI, information architecture and content structures, brand contents implementation.
Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively explain and demonstrate digital content marketing effectiveness.
Experience working in search optimization, SEO/ SEM, keywords optimization, SKU/ product description - eCommerce MS experience is plus.
Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and brand communications and deploy into eCommerce platforms.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

- Responsible for the overall planning, execution, review and improvement of content and social media marketing efforts for Klook Thailand;
- Manage the Klook TH Blog - SEO and Blog Sessions;
- Analyze and own web and social traffic metrics and reporting for marketing initiatives;
- Responsible for content creation for various teams (ie Campaigns, Partnerships, Supply, SEO etc);
- Co-develop video based content: Planning, testing and execution (ie. Tiktok, Youtube, Klook Live);
- In charge of the content calendar on social media and the Blog;
- Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape and proactively share learnings and best practices with the wider team;
- Brainstorm marketing ideas and create initiatives to increase sessions and revenue;
- Maintain relationship with key KOLs (Instagram / Youtube/ Facebook) and brands to increase media touch points and brand impact;
**What you’ll need**:
- 4+ years of solid experience in digital content creation, social media marketing, or related fields
- Experience in producing branded content (Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Content management Softwares like Contentful, WordPress, etc
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics and understanding of web publishing requirements;
- Expertise in social media platforms
