Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Moderator fluent in both Thai and English, located in Bangkok. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with company guidelines, identifying and escalating potential risks, and providing support to users. The role also involves utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in content issues, as well as collaborating with the team to develop and implement moderation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify content trends and potential issues
  • Excellent Communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Experience in Customer Service and providing user support
  • Background in Technical Support and troubleshooting
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to new team members
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
