1. Support TEBITs and KAIZEN projects in ASEAN Operations included Continuous Improvement Activity.

7. Plan and analyze machine capacity and manpower needed.
8. Develop quarterly and yearly budget proposals and manpower forecast and manage and control within the establish limits.
9. Effectively motivate subordinates and delegate as appropriate, sufficient authority and responsibility for them to achieve departmental and individual objectives.
10. Develop and implement manpower planning / training program.
11. Develop and implement plans to ensure that in-process inventory is at optimum level and reduce rework scrap and wastage costs.
12. Continuously improve on the working environment in the areas of housekeeping, workflow, and safety. Ensure compliance to all Company's and Departmental SAFE program.
13. Inform Operations Manager of unusual problems anticipated problems and take appropriate actions. Obtain approval in emergency situations.
14. Sustain high morale and develop teamwork both within and across departments.
15. Perform other job assignment or responsibilities as and when required by Division Manager.
16. Follow TE specifications and comply with Environmental, Health and Safety management system's procedures.
17. Ability to organize, evaluate, interpret and summarize data for reports
18. Ability to prepare forecasts and analyze industry trends
19. Work across in ASIA Pacific related to TEOA/CI, Digital Factory (China, Japan and Korea)
20. Represent ASEAN Operation best practice and coordinate in Global TEOA/CI included COE (Central of Excellence)

**Qualifications:**
1. At least Degree in qualification. Minimum 4 to 8 years working experience in manufacturing sector.
2. Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma Problem Solving experience preferred.
3. Experience in high volume manufacturing.
4. Good in analytical and critical thinking skills.
5. Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent communication in English (Chinese is plus)
7. Background experience High Speed Stamping, Plastic Injection, Automation is preferred.
8. Good Operational knowledge of SAP Operating System.

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Deploy the continuous improvement (CI) goals and strategies by applying the Improvement principles, systems, methods and tools for the operation and support functions in the organization
+ Manage activities for CI and performance enhancement in site/function
+ Contribute to the yearly CI activities execution plan and ensure that project goals are met
+ Work closely with key business stakeholders to build a CI environment to support a change management program
+ Participate in and/or lead the management gemba ("go and see") activities

+ Facilitate the adoption and measurement of the Systematic CI Framework Standards

- Educational Background in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or any related fields.
- Experience of 5-8 years in Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement from Automotive, Electronics, or any Assembly Manufacturing Business.
- **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.**
- Background experience in Lean Six Sigma Project with project management skills.
- Good analytical, Proactive, interpersonal, independent, good communication, and analytical skill.
- Proficiency in MS office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of PowerBl will be a plus.
- Good command of English.
