Job Description:

• Conversion of Client's brief and requirements into Design Criteria, Drawing, Specifications, and material selection lists.
• Development of Schematics, Conceptual, Design Development, Layout, Project requirements
• Provide design progress updates including technical assistance, Innovation and offer solutions to client's and team
• Travelling sometimes to Analysis sites, Construction sites, or Client meetings
• Coordinating with customers and other related departments
• Produce Design Report with concerning of Client Design standard, TH law & regulations, related technical, traffic, budget and timeline
• Assist the team in preparing presentations and reports

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• At least 4 years' work experience in Architectural
• Thai nationality
• Be able to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (Will be positive)
• Good command of English (Conversation level)
• Having good presentation skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and time management skills.
• Great team player with the ability to work independently as well in collaboration.
• Must have Architect licenses

งานออกแบบและบริหารโครงการก่อสร้าง

• ทำงานออกแบบงานสถาปัตยกรรม และงานตกแต่งภายใน อาคารสำนักงานและสาขาของธนาคาร

• ศึกษา วางแผนการออกแบบและการใช้พื้นที่สำนักงานของธนาคาร

• วางแผน รวบรวมความต้องการ และบริหารงานโครงการก่อสร้างต่าง ๆ ของธนาคาร

• จัดทำงบประมาณ วิเคราะห์ราคา นำเสนอคำขออนุมัติงบประมาณ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างที่เกี่ยวข้อกับงานโครงการก่อสร้าง

• ตรวจสอบการก่อสร้าง และควบคุมให้มีคุณภาพและอยู่ในงบประมาณที่กำหนด

• รายงานผลความคืบหน้างาน ติดตามปัญหา และสนับสนุนการดูแลรักษาอาคาร

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรี/โท ในสาขาสถาปัตยกรรม และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป ในงานออกแบบหรือบริหารโครงการออกแบบและก่อสร้าง

• มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office 365, AutoCAD, 3D

• มีบุคคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี

We are seeking Consultant Architect Teams to work on our Challenging Projects, the Construction Consultant Team will manage/supervise a construction site. They will be responsible for managing the contractor(s) to meet the agreed-upon timetable and quality standards."

• Review and comment on drawings, specifications, and other documents related to finishing works.
• Inspect and evaluate the contractor's capability in terms of personnel, equipment, and conditions specifically for finishing works, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections of finishing works (e.g., plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, joinery, and ceilings) in accordance with project standards and site-specific requirements, as directed by the line manager or QA/QC process.
• Assist in developing the inspection process for finishing works to ensure consistency and quality control.
• Record accurate inspection data and maintain site documentation related to finishing works.
• Verify and ensure the quality of finishing works carried out by the contractor.
• Monitor health and safety (H&S) compliance during finishing works and report any violations to the line manager.
• Review and comment on As-Built Drawings and operations manuals for finishing works.
• Provide support to the project team by ensuring high-quality deliverables in architectural finishes.
• Monitor progress and quality of all finishing works within the assigned area and report updates to the line manager.
• Perform other duties related to finishing works as assigned during the construction process.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience (supervisor level preferred).
• 10 years of experience in construction/site environments, with a focus on architectural finishing works.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, with a thorough understanding of finishing standards and best practices.
• Time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear inspection reports and observations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Role purpose

The solutions architect is responsible for the development of the overall vision that underlies the projected solution and transforms that vision through execution into the solution. Defines a development protocol, coding standard and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Defines development protocols and keeps all up to date for secured code review guideline (PCIDSS application), code review, coding guidelines, code management best practices and also ensuring that teams are following the defined protocols.
• Defines what are needed to be included into CI/CD pipelines for example code scan, secret key scan, web scan etc., works on POC, come up with well defined how to document and conduct a demo session with respective development teams.
• Act like a technical area of expertise to produce technical how to articles and share to development teams, including with answering a question which related to solution design.
• On the request to participate with a complex customer projects in order to find the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.
• Collaborate extensively with development team leaders and technical delivery teams to ensure alignment of best practices and standards.
• Researches and adopting new and emerging technologies, evaluating new tools, technologies and platforms then work on POC, documentation, demonstration and defines standard for department level.
• Researches and identifies standards and best practices as appropriate for discipline
