1. Assist to set up Human Resources Management related policies and guidelines, including but not limited to Recruitment, Staffing, C&B and Training & Development.
2. Drive Human Resource shared services operations, specifically: staffing, recruitment, employee development, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals.
3. Manage HR Shared Service Delivery to be efficient and in timely manner. Ensure that HR shared services functions in Rayong Plant, Bangkok Office and other countries in receive prompt and good quality support in each department’s needs.
4. Consult with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills to hire the right people to the organization.
5. Ensure that staffing and headcount is in line with the company budget in each fiscal year.
6. Assist to implement the organization’s reward strategy so that the compensation and benefits programs meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external market position.
7. Assist to design and implement compensation and benefits programs which include job evaluation/ classification, employee benefits, expat and executive compensation, workers compensation, salary packaging, retirement, and pension plans.
8. Ensure that compensation and benefits practices including payroll administration comply with relevant regulations, labor laws and employment standards for countries.
9. Formulate training policies, programs and schedules, based on identified training needs, company production process, business needs or changes in products, procedures and services.
10. Create, develop and maintain career progressiveness (career path), succession plan, replacement plan, promotion & transfer and organization development.
11. Supervise and give advice/ feedback to subordinates in a proper manner in the Team leader role
12. Provide excellent service for internal customers to meet their requirements.
13. Lead team to achieve excellent service for all internal customers with “We Do For You” attitude.
14. Enhance good company culture based on company Values, good employee relations & communication, sufficient 15. Any other tasks from Head of HR.
16.
